位置在下坑村，臨近海邊，清早去海邊衹需幾分鐘的路程，老闆很實在，很熱心，餐廳的菜價也可以接受。三個菜油燜大蝦（68）爆炒魷魚（68）清炒生菜（20）餐具和飯收了10元。收費156元

很棒，性價比高，房間大，價格便宜，乾淨，一百多的海景房超級便宜。老闆娘做的飯也好吃，價格也優惠，早餐也便宜，老闆人也好，吃飯經常優惠我們。人少時老闆娘還幫着買菜，會打電話問你的意見，價格很公道。而且這邊的海灘水乾淨，沙細，還可以撿很多貝殼，人也少。晚上很安靜，花園大，晚上躺花園的吊牀上看星星很舒服。

春節的潿洲島人滿為患，各色酒店價格都水漲船高。這家在的位置一般，不是大景點，價位也是不值，但春節期間500元能看到一丟丟海也算過得去。老闆比較靠譜的，會負責接送，也會推薦電動車租賃，但硬件衹能算是好一點的農家院，房間裏是蹲坑，陽台推拉門非常難拉開，陽台也很小，客人多的時候有點來不及打掃。正碰上大風降温，還好房間空調暖和，洗澡水也是充足夠熱。

酒店環境很好，又衞生又安靜，這是出來玩住的最舒服的一晚了，早上一覺居然睡到九點～民宿老闆人超好的，基本上能滿足的要求都會滿足，像我們實在受不了不吃辣的，特意讓老闆做了很辣的香辣蟹，吃得超爽！順便説一下，到海邊超近的！

房間衞生非常乾淨 有一些覺得會臟的地方（比如欄桿啥的）擦了也沒有灰塵
有洗衣機提供 房間裏的衣架也有很多
還免費升級了房型
小陽台外面還能看到日出 離最近的海灘也很近 可以很好的觀賞日出

衞生很乾凈，服務非常滿意周到！很貼心的關注我上下船的時間安排車子到碼頭接送真的很方便。院子很大雖然算不上多精緻但很舒服很放鬆有一種親近的感覺。海邊沙灘很漂亮很平坦沙子也很細，踩在上面很舒服，自己走路兩分鐘就到海邊沙灘了，正好處於東邊看了一個美美的日出！老闆做海鮮手藝也非常好！這裏要超級點贊👍讓我知道了什麼才叫海鮮的鮮味，到現在都還在回味那種海鮮自由的感覺。回到家裡就怎麼也吃不出那個味道了。白天還幸運的偶遇了大明星在海邊錄製節目，心想大明星背後團隊都選的點證明我的選擇也是對的。
