1.衞生差：地面很臟，想拖地拖把也臟的不行，廚房洗水池有頭髮，淋浴間有頭髮還有假睫毛。
2.卧室飄窗漏水：空調水滴到房間裏，一點多告知管家，結果師傅上門都沒有提前約時間，兩點半師傅都到了管家才發消息發語音，也不管別人是不是在午休方不方便，沒回復消息師傅也直接來敲門了，把全家人都吵醒了。
3.服務：管家解決問題不積極，甚至是愛理不理，漏水師傅來看了説是窗户膠條壞了，那應該趕緊來換，結果從下午追着問到晚上都不回覆解決方案，還説我們開着窗開空調水才漏進來，正常人誰會開着窗開空調，本來就熱的不行。直到晚上説要取消第二天的訂單才秒回已經聯繫了師傅。（結果當天晚上下大雨，飄窗上全是銹水。很明顯漏水不是一兩次了，但是老闆都不解決還把爛房子掛出來。）
4.空調有問題：第一卧室空調正對床頭吹着人的頭，風向不管怎麼調都不行。第二空調的吹風口會吹水出來，滴到人的身上就像下小雨一樣，簡直無語。第三客廳空調完全沒用。

酒店位於第九灣3號樓，可側視海景，距大墩海海灘較近，步行十來分鐘到海灘，附近冠頭嶺和南萬三婆廟打滴滴不到十元錢。房間較大，通風采光好，浴室冷熱水量足，老闆服務態度好。樓下有少量餐飲店和小超市，能解決早中晚餐問題，樓下稍遠盡頭處有一麻辣燙館，重慶小麪很地到！

房間打掃的很乾凈，內置投影儀，陽台很大而且有洗衣機，距離冠頭嶺和紫霞灣都很近，總體體驗感非常好👍🏻

民宿旁邊是大墩海海灘大床好舒服嘿嘿就是這次夏天來的太熱了晚上得吹空調才睡得着房間裏還有冰箱和廚房做飯嘎嘎方便如果説出來玩想要離市區遠一點又需要安靜的話選它準沒錯直接也叫睡到大天亮

酒店靠近海河邊，靠近市中心，交通方便。保安服務非常好，非常熱情，能及時指揮停車。房間衞生非常乾淨，感覺非常舒服。房間床很舒服，網速很快。早餐品種很豐富，味道非常好。價格非常優惠，性價比非常高。
