入住體驗糟糕透頂，服務糟糕，提供的洗漱用品簡陋，熱水器壞的根本沒有熱水，無法洗澡。打酒店電話沒人接，直接掛斷。打老闆加的微信無人接聽。問他們配礦泉水沒有？根本不回話，無視客户需求。這一輩子住了那麼多民宿酒店，第一次遇到如此糟糕的民宿，服務態度糟糕透頂，完全沒有服務意識。讓人氣憤，我更改日期入住，當天不讓我退單，要我入住後拿我手機操作直接給我從平台退單讓我轉款給他。

我第1次到北海在網上訂的，民宿簡直比我想象的好，房間格局完全和老闆描述的一致，所在的聽海大塘2期這個小區環境也好，出行交通很方便，老闆家房子裝修很温馨，配套設施應有盡有，每個房間都有空調，廚房卧室衞生間裝修得象自己家一樣，房間超級乾淨，陽台，洗衣機，冰箱，廚房廚具都有，洗漱間乾洗分離，熱水器超級棒，21樓水的壓力也很好，洗澡水壓大，住在這裏可以遠眺看海，完全視賓至如歸的感覺。老闆服務態度好，非常好溝通，當時我們預訂的房間後改推遲了時間，我在平台上訂的，退改非常麻煩，但是電話給老闆溝通後，馬上老闆就給我們搞定了，在此非常感謝老闆！下次夏天來北海多住些日子，還要住你們家店，非常喜歡你們家房間的格調，安全就像住在自己家一樣，温馨方便。看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望

住了三天，很不錯的民宿，房東很好，特地幫我們安排在了高層，在陽台房間就能看到銀灘的潮雕，視野很不錯！房間衞生也很乾凈，除了廁所有點兒不太通風，其他都很好。下次去北海還住這兒！

跟照片根本不一樣，而且有好幾個名字都是這間房，我開始訂了這個感覺挺一般的，換了個平台換了個酒店，住進來還是同一間房，建議定這個位置的注意點，很可能都是同一間房。他們房源是一樣的，衹是換了很多名字。
