Baymont by Wyndham Bedford/Dallas

The place was ok. Carpet little bit old. I had good night thooo.

Terrible, find somewhere else. Sheets had blood stains and obviously weren’t changed before our arrival and our replacement sheets also had blood stains. My second trip to the front desk finally got us unstained sheets. I should have just left and gone somewhere else but we arrived around midnight and didn’t want to try and find somewhere else. Over the next 4 days our room was never cleaned once. Had to use the same towels everyday. Nobody ever said that you will not get your room cleaned during your stay. No signage saying so either. I have never heard of a hotel not cleaning your room during an extended stay. We went the front desk to get an extra pillow and we got a extra pillow along with attitude, Their grab and go breakfast (not even a breakfast) consisted of coffee and 3 packs of instant oatmeal. Hotel is a joke spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else

Absolutely horrible stay. Property is old, smelly and just plain gross. Could not believe it’s a Wyndham property. Disgusting.

We were woken up around 455am by fire alarms and police banging on our door. We have a new born and a toddler. We were evacuated into the cold for a couple of hours until the fire was out. Staff wasn’t telling us anything and avoided the topic all together. The room was okay and the cleanliness was a solid 2. We understand that it was not the staff’s fault, but it was miserable especially with our children. Staff didn’t do anything for us or offer an apology at least.

I was also around 4:30 a.m. when the fire alarm sounded. I tried to open the window but there was a stop on it. A fireman on the outside kept telling me to open it all the way but the aluminum stop was screwed in with weird screws and I couldn’t get it off. We went into the hall which had smoke and a policeman directed us out. About 6 we were allowed to return to our room. There was no mention of compensation for our inconvenience by the staff and I had to ask about the fire to learn what had happened. I did not get the impression that the management was concerned with the guests.

we had a suite with a kitchenette. i asked for dishes and pots and pans and utensils. i was told we had to purchase our own. the only reason i reserved a room with kitchen is so we could cook ourselves. there was no coffeemaker. the breakfast was nutrigrain bars and packets of oatmeal. the staff was never at the desk when needing something. the room itself was spaceous and the bed comfortable.

Claimed to be smoke free but was not, bed had stains as well as carpet, food in the pull out couch

The smoke alarm when off at 3am for NO reason. Had to get my door key reset EVERY day. The staff did nothing to help with any problem.

Please do not be fooled by the pictures!! The hotel looks nothing like them. It looks like they used pics from other Wyndham or Baymont hotels, smh!! This place is a really old bldg, that is in desperate need of COMPLETE overhaul! The floors have no carpet and are grossly sticky. The doors are falling off cabinets, stovetop rusted, fridge frosted over and to top it off, the bathroom tub and floor had mildew/mold everywhere!! I was told by staff (who was very friendly, by the way) the place used to be an Extended Stay Motel and that they still had families who have been there for years. Needless to say, I didnt stay, even though it was 1:30 in the morning and it took 2 hrs to find another hotel!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, especially since I was in town for a funeral! Still waiting to hear back about a refund, which is unreal, all things considered!
