Hotel Monarch is a luxury hotel in the heart of the old city. From the balconies of the upper floors, the beautiful view on the roof of the old Batumi and the area of Europe is opened. Almost all hotel rooms with balconies. Goodly equipped. I thought the hotel was quite new. Downstairs the restaurant serves a delicious breakfast (swedish table) . Many Georgian cheeses, vegetables, fruits, omlets and delicious coffee . On the recipe is very beautiful smiling girls. Don't believe what they say they treat Russians badly. We were in Tbilisi and Batumi and everywhere in hotels and restaurants treat us with a smile. Sometimes the young people asked to speak English. Batumi and Monarch Hotel are obliged to visit !! They are both beautiful !!

On the one hand - a good location, the first line next to Hilton. Equally close to the old and new center. Beautiful view from the windows. At the bottom of the fountains, the playground ... All new (though not always qualitative, for example, non-sound-insulating doors and tightly opening balconies). The possibility of breakfast in Hilton with a discount. But very uneven service. To remove the room - you need to give the keys, and when you just ask to remove - you don't even talk about it, but just stupid don't clean. And noisy on the balconies from Rustavel Avenue.

I have stayed at bestwest hotels in other countries, which are shortcuts, but this one in Batumi is a high-end series, more luxurious, very cost-effective, good location, adjacent to the Black Sea, has its own parking lot, and there are many fruits for breakfast, just opposite Courtyard Hotel.

Great place to stay. Very Cody room with a stunning city view. A bit hard to find so it’s worth calling the owner when you arrive. He is super nice and will come to pick you up. He was also super helpful, providing all kinds of information about the city

We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

Our Travel Agent had originally booked the Colosseum hotel, which is just next to the Grand Gloria. When the TA called the Colosseum to reconfirm the booking they were advised that both swimming pools and the spa facilities were out of action and had been for the whole of June. We were offered alternative accomodation at the Grand Gloria and we were very happy with all of the facilities at the hotel as well as the service offered. It's in a good location and within walking distance from numerous restuarants and there is a shopping mall immediately across the road.

This is a pleasant hotel; the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and come with balconies that provide views of the sea. The staff is kind and willing to assist. The prices are fantastic. Every one of the two rooms that we had was really comfy. The lobby offered a wide variety of activities that could be enjoyed by both children and adults.
