I stayed during a snowstorm to be closer to work the next morning and was delighted with my stay. Staff at the desk were terrific and the room was perfect. I accidentally left my iPad in the room when I left and got a prompt message on my voicemail that it would be behind the front desk. I will most definitely stay there again when the need comes up!

There were kids everywhere running up and down the halls yelling and screaming all day and early in the morning. They appeared to be family of staff and nothing was being done about it. Since it was New years eve night, everyone was trying to sleep in and this wasnt possible because of the kids. We had to leave early.

The Staff was great, friendly greeting checking in and each morning and afternoon I was in and out.
You ECO focus, I couldn't figure out how it worked. My bed did not need remade, but O would have enjoyed a couple of fresh towels, at least someone checking the bathroom.
The breakfast had nice choices, but the eggs and meats were cool, not quite luke warm. They were tasty.

We’ve stayed here before. We prefer this location over the other because it’s usually quiet and very clean,however that was not the case this time. The sheet had an odor to them. We asked to have our room cleaned the housekeeper was extremely rude about it. It was not many people in the hotel, yet they put all of us on the same floor. It was a family across from us that fought both nights we were there. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again.

The smell of the room was terrible. Called the front desk and were told that it was sold out and that the room was just cleaned so that was the smell. Smelled like it was sprayed with a disinfectant hours after the check in hour, we checked it at 7:30pm.
The terrible smell was still there the next day. It was awful. I’m not sure what they used to clean the room and why it smelled as bad as it it. Very disappointed.

Weird check in as young lady was going off shift and new guy coming on stated he'd never checked anyone in before! Computers were down at frint desk so they took my ID and credit card to another location down the hall. A bit worrisome. Then she left and the new guy had to finish the process. He did ok but you could tell he was uneasy and he certainly wasn't personable. Once he had our room keys ready he sais he wanted to go see that they worked-leaving us in lobby. Returned n told us the keys we're working. We proceeded to our room where he had left door propped open n lights on. Hmmmm

Older property. Indoor pool was dirty. Bathtub had mold stains and rust.
