You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Just wrapped up my stay at this lovely 4-star hotel, and it was a pretty sweet experience! The check-in vibes were welcoming, and the room felt like a cozy little heaven with all the goodies you'd need. The staff? Super friendly and always ready to make your day brighter. The hotel's got some cool facilities too – I had a blast at the pool and hit the gym for a quick sweat sesh. Dining options were on point, and I tried a bit of everything – a foodie's dream come true, the buffet also!

There are many resorts in Mabini but unfortunately many have very steep stairs to deal with. Some have their restaurants or the pool located in an inconvenient location where we have hard time to walk up and down for the food. This small resort is perfectly designed in a way that we only need to walk few steps one time for check in/out. Beautiful pool, garden with sea view, very full breakfast. Food are tasty. Our children like it. All the quiet comfort for a good stay in Anilao!

Place was book thru Trip.com Place was great and it is very Instagramable. food are great but limited to few choices still cant complain about that, Services is superb. on the dining area waitresses are accommodating and helpful. Rooms are very big although we got some problems in the AC unit it was leaking inside the room, but we got switch to a better room instead. Also the staff that are roving around are very helpful and cheerful. special kuya alboy he even ask us to get our pictures together around the area. Thank you po may mga couple pictures kami. Over all booking at Cintai Coritos Garden is a memorable experience for us. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Super beautiful hotel, the hotel is built near the sea, you can go snorkeling or play rubber boats directly without leaving the hotel. The water is crystal clear and there are a lot of corals around. The hotel’s meals are great value for money, each dish in the hotel has its own creativity, and none of the dishes we ordered were overturned (I am very picky about food)

The hotel is convenient because it is accessible to almost nice place in the city. The staff are all polite and aproachable. The rooms are big enough to stay and its clean. The internet connection is consistent. The bathroom also is huge and there is a hot shower. Youll never regret staying and the best thing is the lower room rates and the flexible check-in time. You can check-in & check-out anytime you like without any hidden charges. SALUTE.!

My wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day excursion at the Coral Beach Club and I will say a bit more about the resort than I usually do. Our first reaction was that there is a lot stuffed into a relatively small space—six buildings with 26 guest rooms, a dining/recreation area, a pool/jacuzzi complex, and a parking area—in 2200 square meters with a 40 meter beach front. Closer observation showed that the resort is well laid out and the plan produces a family-friendly resort with something to entertain virtually all guests. Plus, the resort does not offer day passes so the facilities are never overloaded. As we settled in, we noticed that our room and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Linens and towels appear fresh and new, while necessary items (water, instant coffee, soap, shampoo, toothpaste) were delivered to our room every morning. The resort fronts on a public beach which is swept twice a day. Uniformed security officers prevent loitering, while vendors promoting banana boat rides, snorkeling, and floating bamboo platform rentals are courteous and helpful. Prices seem to be set by the LGU so there isn't much point in negotiating and there is little danger of being over charged. We rented a floating bamboo platform for a day (P1500) and couldn't have been happier. When necessary, the vendor trooped to the store for us and moved our platform on request so we could see more of the coral, The dining/recreation area deserves special mention. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, and the menu is a delight. There are items for every taste and budget: kiddie hot dogs up to adult priced steaks (which are imported from the United States). For Valentine's dinner, my wife had a tasty rib eye steak while I enjoyed a wonderful salmon filet. Breakfasts were included with our package and my wife and I both enjoyed the Full American Breakfast. Staff members were able to add a couple extra pieces of toast and an extra cup of coffee when I asked. The facilities are smoke free, but designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return with friends and family.

It is suitable for children, the pool can be played casually, and there is a small kayak that can be easily drawn. Breakfast is free and there are many kinds to choose from. But the menus are all in English, you need to download the English quick translation to order. The environment is very good, you can see it by opening the video yourself. Suitable for vacation and leisure, not suitable for too busy. A little distance from the white sand beach. But traveling can let the hotel call the tug.

Another fantastic stay at the Manara. It’s been a while due to the pandemic. They have been busy making a lot of expansion and enhancing the place all together, they even added another pool! The ambiance is very chill, it was peaceful and serene. The food was all top notch too, great selections of nice local offerings as well as fine imports.
