There was quite a lot wrong with this stay and our room in particular. Firstly--this place is in desperate need of an upgrade. Not only is it dated but many things in the room itself needed to be fixed or replaced.
-The room: There were big spots on the bathroom door and the weird little "room dividing" wall that had clearly been damaged and poorly patched. The dresser where the TV was had a huge chunk of the bottom of it torn off.
-The window: pretty sure you're not supposed to be able to open the window and climb out because there's no screen or ANY safety implement in place (did I mention we were on the third floor?) That and there were bugs (like box elder and gnats etc) all over the windowsill due to it not being a sealed window. There was also ant repellant powder just sitting in the corner of the window (a child could have easily found it).
-The bed: while comfortable, there were numerous stains on the sheets and blankets.
-The bathroom: the showerhead was barely attached, and incorrectly at that, and the cover to the tissue box by the sink was broken off and just laying under the sink.
-The noise: you could hear EVERYTHING that was going on outside the room. Unfortunately some man next door was ill or something, coughing and vomiting could be heard all night, as well as another man screaming in the hallway late at night and pretty much every conversation outside the door.
All in all, not a great stay. DEFINITELY not worth the price.
