В данном отеле останавливались ранее. В целом, все устраивало - расположение, завтрак, чистота. Несвежий ремонт вполне вписывается в демократичную цену. Но, как говорится, все течет - все изменяется. В этот раз запланировали поездку в театр, забронировали номер категории Комфорт, планировали приятно провести выходные. Но настроение было испорчено сразу при заселении, так как привели нас в комнату Стандарт, выдавая его за Комфорт, потом в еще одну. Когда поняли, что нас не проведешь, так как мы в курсе как выглядит номер Комфорт в данном отеле (он единственный там), просто поставили перед фактом, что он занят другой семьей. Конечно, никаких извинений ни от администратора, ни от управляющего отелем, мы так и не услышали. Разницу в цене молча вернули наличкой. Вишенкой на торте стал ползущий по стене клоп, уже напившийся чьей-то крови (надеемся, не нашей, обнаружили его утром). Администратор неряшливая, что-то жующая на ходу, разговаривала не очень любезно. Сказала, что это мое право - быть недовольной. В общем, не рекомендую этот отель с клопами и колхозным обслуживанием.
