The hotel is beautiful and the staff can’t do enough for you. Free taxi into Bardolino is a great touch. The food was great. The spa is amazing, especially when it rained… The only downside is the bar. Table service is extremely slow. More staff required. All in all we would definitely go back.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! We truly had the most wonderful experience, everything about the hotel was first class. The service and facilities were incredible. A special mention to Carla, Sara & Danilo who really went above and beyond! The food was delicious and so was the wine! Just a short walk from the lake and a lovely stroll to Bardolino. The spa facilities were truly amazing too! We cannot wait to come back and stay at the hotel again.

I spent two weeks here. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make this a wonderful holiday. Gorgeous breakfast with plenty of choice. Pools were very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Simple snacks available at small cafe by the pools. Excellent location as a ten minute walk along the lake to the ferry at Cizano or 20 minute walk to Bardolino. Supermarket close by. Two beautiful restaurants very nearby were L’Unico, and family run Piccolo Doge, which I would highly recommend! The Piccolo Doge is 10 minutes walk and is on the lakeside where you can see the beautiful sunsets. All in all an amazing hotel in a beautiful location.

Really pleasant hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff brilliant, really helpful. A special thanks to Lara who kept us entertained in the restaurant. Food was very good. The only thing I could criticise is the price charged for bottled water at dinner- €4.5 Also only one bottle of free water provided during our 10 day stay. Having said that it was our ruby anniversary and prosseco, fruit and balloons were in our room on arrival. The room was also available early which was a bonus. The resort itself is ideal for wheelchair users and absolutely beautiful.

We stayed here for a week in June. Amazing. Just brilliant. The location is absolutely perfect - incredibly close to Lake Garda, a short drive away from Verona and a coach ride away from Venice. The hotel itself is excellent - high-quality but affordable. The grounds are private and very well maintained. The food was amazing. And the staff - well, perhaps this was the best part of our stay. The staff were all so helpful, professional, and very friendly. It was my husband's birthday during our stay and the staff went of out of their way to make his day special for him. Just a wonderful place to visit. Tip: The hotel has a roof terrace in the older part of the hotel, with amazing views over the Lake. Not everyone takes the trouble to find it :)

Great hotel, spa facilities were excellent. Outdoor area and pool looked great with lovely landscaped gardens. Reception staff always super helpful. Breakfast outside was excellent with such a great selection of food. Evening meals great selection and loved the self service salad.

We went on a couple's vacation. We booked 2 nights at the hotel. On the first day we went to the spa and asked the clerk to order a couple's treatment package and emphasized to her that it would be for a couple. Despite this, she sold us a treatment that is separate for each of us and not in the same room. I asked to do the treatment in the same room and was told that it was not possible. Sold us their most expensive package because she probably wanted to get her manager's bonus and I also paid more and more than for couple therapy and she also ruined our experience in couple therapy. I'm really angry. I asked for a manager when leaving the hotel I was told that he was busy and couldn't come talk to me about it It's really disappointing that they don't provide service to a guest who paid very dearly for a vacation in the middle of winter and the hotel was almost completely empty so I should get better service when it's busy like in the summer I don't recommend you go there

I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. The receptionist at the guest reception was half asleep and did not give me clear answers as to where the hotel's parking was and it took me a while to find it. In addition, the receptionist at the spa gave me wrong information about the price of the treatment and did not explain to me that the price she presented is per person even though When I emphasized to her that I was looking for a couple package, at the end of the treatment it was not done in the same room and I also paid double what she told me and in addition later it turned out that I could have taken a couple's treatment for an hour and a half for less money than I paid and also that I wanted to talk to the reception manager they said that there is currently no manager. The feeling that she was looking to sell me the most expensive treatment they have instead of answering my request is really disappointed with them
