We booked this 4 star hotel for 4 nights because the pictures on the website showed a nice room and also because of the location . At the check in we asked for a room with a little bit of a view and the lady said that our only option for a better room was to pay 40 more euros per night so we didn’t upgrade. We went to the room and she gave us the smallest room we’d ever seen we couldn’t move properly and even open our luggage…terrible!!!! We went to the front desk and another girl was there and she was extremely helpful she upgraded us to a better room(which was exactly like the website picture)and we didn’t have to pay anything because that room was the room we had booked
The breakfast buffet is not really a buffet you have to order the main course and everything is very limited . The staff are very nice but the hotel I didn’t like even the upgrade room .

Excellent service from hotel staff, hotel is located in a prime location and is easily accessible to the La Rambla *****. We had a rental car & the hotel staff recommended a cheap car park which was less than 5mins by walk. Hotel staff also surprised us with a cake & champagne to our room to celebrate my partners birthday, that was a lovely surprise. Hotel was clean and modern from inside. Will definitely stay here again. :)
One tiny downfall, the tv in the room was not a smart tv so we couldn’t watch anything in English but other than that perfect couple of data in Barcelona, definitely would recommend this hotel

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early and the hotel staff offered us freshly squeezed orange juice and mimosa’s. The rooms were very nice and clean. Located in a great area walking distance to local shops and an out an outdoor market place.
Plenty of places to eat nearby/walking distance.
