This hostel would have been fine if it wasn't for the unbearably hot rooms . We told the staff that our room was suffocatingly hot and they told us there was nothing we could do besides deal with it . They wouldn't even let us open a window, made it incredibly difficult to sleep and was overall a wildly uncomfortable overnight experience with having to wake up covered in sweat. The staff are uninterested in the guests and will not help you with any problems.

We took 55 children on a school trip, rooms were very clean with secure lockers and en suites, showers were hot and powerful, great central position close to Metro stations and plenty of food shops plus a great bakery within 5 minutes walk. Communal areas such as the kitchen, buffet area and outdoor space all clean and well maintained. Staff incredibly helpful and Reception is manned 24 hours

WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS!! DO NOT GO THERE Summary: Shady, very probable illegal paper to wave rights for opening the window, scorching hot and freezing AC First, the card to open the door did not work properly for multiple people. They fixed that only after some days. Then the AC was running all the time with no way to turn it off in the room. They taped rhe eletrical fuse box too. It is November and the AC ran like its 30° Degrees. I had to tell them everyday multiple times to shut it off because somehow it got turned on again and again. It was 15 degrees outside and the AC was blasting freezing air... On the last night it was the exact opposit. The AC ran ultra hot. The room got scorching hot, really unbearable to be in. The other guys already tried to tell them for 3 hours before i came back to the hostel. Even the whole hallway of the floor got heated to summer levels. I had to go 11 floors down to the lobby multiple times and argue with them for them to do manage to turn off the lava heated air spitting AC. Even then the room wad way to heat to get some sleep as it was already 10:30 PM. They also locked the window so we were trapped in the heat. I asked them if we could open it else it would be impossible to sleep in there. They would only agree if i had signed a really shady most definetly illegal paper which would have made me responsible for EVERY action that somebody did in that room. Like throwing something out the window EVEN DRUG ABUSE DONT GO THERE for your sake

It was filthy- the bed had a hairball on it and the shower was mouldy and covered in fake tan. The kitchen was hot and disgusting- no one was washing their dishes after themselves or keeping the bench clear, and the kitchen had an awful smell that we couldn’t get rid of because there is no fan or AC and the windows don’t open. I stayed in a four person mixed dorm and it was tiny- you can’t even walk past someone standing by their bed without brushing their shoulders. It was so hot at night that we couldn’t sleep, the mattress was terrible, and the other residents were soo loud and would run up the hallway shouting constantly and at all hours of the night. My locker in the room was so tall I couldn’t even reach it, and being on the top bunk there wasn’t anywhere to put my bag expect on my bed with me. The curtains let in a lot of light in the morning as well.

It was clean. The rooftop bar, laundry room and breakfast place were all fantastic! We stayed in the 4-person private room, and it was a little bit scrunched for space, but definitely doable. This was the first hostel I’ve stayed at that has an elevator and room card keys! Great facilities and very nice staff. Also, it’s an awesome location!

Great location, within 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station. Most staff were bored and disinterested in guests. This hostel is in a very poor state of repair. It’s badly run down and in need to major investment. It’s feels like the owners have lost interest in the building and the staff certainly seem to have little interest in their guests. Overall this hostel is one to avoid.
