The location is very convenient near Plaza Catalunya. Public transportation is very convenient. It is close to the subway station and is also the terminal of the airport bus. If I had an early flight back home, I took the overnight bus to the airport nearby, saving dozens of euros on taxi fares. Shopping is also very convenient and sightseeing spots are very close. You can go back and rest anytime when you are tired from shopping. It is cleaned every day and there is a bathtub, but the air freshener sprayed is so strong that it almost smoked me. Check in is late at 3 o'clock, and there is free luggage storage.

The location couldn't be better! The water pressure in the shower is good, and there is also a bathtub, which is rare.

Did not like the shower at all. Hopefully, it was just an issue in the single room. The shower was more useless than useful.

I was planning a trip to Barcelona with my family and found this hotel as a good place to stay. As I had a business trip to Southern Europe at the right time, I stayed here first as a preview. Book a 13m2 double or twin room. After checking in, I took a shower and went straight to work, but when I returned in the evening, I thought it was a bit small, so I looked at photos of the room online and found that it was a 9 square meter room. Room rates vary depending on the room, so I was automatically changed to a smaller, cheaper room, which was very unpleasant. The location was good, close to the airport bus stop in the city, but I won't be staying there again in the future.

The room was cold most of the time despite the fact they controlled the heat. It was very uncomfortable.

Nice room, great area

Old world charm of the building; clean and comfortable. We found the room a bit warm at night, however, and were unable to control the temp (it's all centralized). The hotel does not offer any complimentary coffee - that would be nice.

The location of this hotel is amazing and such a great gateway to what seems like everywhere. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and it was great to have a place to safely store your baggage on arrival day and check out day. The only thing I would say needs a little attention is once we were left without towels but it was rectified immediately once reception were aware. We had a junior suite with a balcony on the fourth floor which was brilliant and very roomy and lovely to sit and see and hear the sounds from the city below. If I had one small criticism it would be that the bathroom was beginning to look a little tired, though nothing at all wrong with the way it worked. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel - convenient location. Loved the historic aspect of the hotel. They won’t let you check in before 3, so don’t even try. We got the 2 twin bed room option and it was the tiniest room ever. The twin beds were pushed together with only 1-2 feet on either side to walk around. Very clean!
