The property was great. We went to the campfires a couple of nights. There is a nice winery within walking distance. Our door stuck pretty badly. Request to not stay in 14. Our only real issue is the bed was not great. My wife and I are older. We have a very nice mattress at home because of our backs.

As mentioned in other reviews, the room is small however, it was all that two people needed. Love the location because it was an easy drive to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. There was a fire pit that was lit each night and overall we had a great stay here and would stay again.

I cannot believe we paid this much money for the smallest bathroom and room ever. Plus when we arrived, we had to physically remove several crickets from the room. This property is way overpriced, and we should have stayed a few miles down the room for half the cost. The people who worked there were nice enough and must be laughing all the way to the bank.

The room was very small but with all the standard accommodations. The bed I think I was a standard Queen, tiny coffee pot, tiny desk, tiny TV, tiny shower, tiny sink. Everything was clean, there was a tiny A/C wall unit and tiny heater, but I didn't need either while I was there. There was also a mini fridge that I didn't really expect so that was a bonus. The ice/laundry room across the parking lot had a toaster oven and microwave for guests to use. The biggest problem was a lack of weather *****ping on the door which lead sound and light to come straight in, if there had been cold air that would have come in as well. I would hope they'd fix that now that I brought it to their attention.

Older roadside place but about what you would expect. Noisy heater, tiny bathroom, but cozy enough for a couple of nights. Decent breakfast, friendly clerk.

Had a bon fire. Also had laundry facilities. Helps if provide change machine for laundry. Not cool to park next to falling crabtree

Typical roadside motel. Cheaper options are very limited in Bar Harbor, so this is the best choice we found. Our room was very small, with very little flat space available. We had to put our large suitcase in the floor and move it each time we opened the door. They are doing the best they can with the space available. It was fairly clean. The staff was very helpful. A guest laundry is available, which was just in time for us, and greatly appreciated. Above average continental breakfast.

Unit was very small and cramped. Furnishings were very poor quality. Water pressure was very low. Outside light was visible through the door jam. Nothing good to say about this property.
