Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

I was really angry. I went to the hotel after dinner at night. I booked Hyde because it was closer to the office. I could walk to work the next day. This building B is really bad. The rooms are small and a bit outdated. The price/performance ratio is not high, and it feels a bit expensive. The breakfast is in building A, which is not bad, and everything else is average.

We were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.
