家人出遊訂了兩間房，都給升級並安排了相鄰的客房，很貼心。工作人員有求必應服務到位。酒店大堂有免費飲品供應。在國內國外住過很多酒店，還是頭一次見識開放式馬桶，設計很不合理，建議酒店在訂房平台標示清楚告知客人。除此之外床品和洗護用品質量好。酒店旁邊的老字號清真午德齋餐廳很好吃。住在15層，可以聽到樓道里的説話聲，不開空調夜裡比較安靜。早餐是中式自助，有現點的餛飩麪團煎餅等。
