Free drinks are available in the hotel lobby. I have lived in many hotels in China and abroad, and I have seen the open toilet for the first time. The design is very unreasonable. It is recommended that the hotel clearly inform the guests on the reservation platform. In addition, the quality of the bedding and toiletries is good. The old-fashioned Halal Wudzhai restaurant next to the hotel is delicious. Living on the 15th floor, you can hear the voice in the corridor, and it is quieter at night without air conditioning. Breakfast is a Chinese buffet, with freshly ordered glazed dough pancakes.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping mall and with shared bikes, making it super convenient to visit attractions and the shopping district. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful sleep. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, checking us in quickly, and even recommended nearby restaurants. The breakfast was also extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. It was an excellent value, and I'd definitely stay here again!

There are 4 hotels in one building, and the ”Grey Whale” is on the 20th floor, and the self-service laundry room and fitness room are on the 21st floor. My room is spacious, bright and well decorated. The big bed is so comfortable and soft that you feel like you are in the clouds as soon as you lie down on it. Our relatives, who are international students at Henan University, came to visit our children, and we booked a hotel for them. We chose the one closest to our home, right next to the Military Academy Square, so it's very convenient for shopping, taking a taxi, and going to West Street and the main campus of Henan University. Before leaving, we asked them about their stay, and they said they were very satisfied with the experience. The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was excellent, and they were very warm and welcoming. The room was clean, sanitary, and warm. In addition, they were very interested in our food delivery robot, haha 😁

Service good. The hotel has a very engaging, welcoming and helpful Manager. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back again. A suggestion is that Wudo needs to consider having a small freezer and oven for food warming especially during this winter season where going out for dinner is not comfortable. Otherwise I still recommend Wudo to my friends.

When checking in, the staff handed in a gift and quickly completed the procedures, not only introduced the breakfast time and elevator location in detail, but this detail was instantly full of good feelings. Breakfast is also a combination of Chinese and Western, very delicious, there are parking lots in the front and back yards, parking is also very convenient, there is no perfunctory ”good” throughout the whole process, every service is sincere, next time you come to this city, you must choose here!

Overall, it was excellent. The kitchenware and front desk service were fantastic. They had everything you could need, including cooking pots, woks, and knives. The room was fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and iron. Food delivery robots even came upstairs! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
