This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping mall and with shared bikes, making it super convenient to visit attractions and the shopping district. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful sleep. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, checking us in quickly, and even recommended nearby restaurants. The breakfast was also extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. It was an excellent value, and I'd definitely stay here again!

There are 4 hotels in one building, and the ”Grey Whale” is on the 20th floor, and the self-service laundry room and fitness room are on the 21st floor. Our relatives, who are international students at Henan University, came to visit our children, and we booked a hotel for them. We chose the one closest to our home, right next to the Military Academy Square, so it's very convenient for shopping, taking a taxi, and going to West Street and the main campus of Henan University. Before leaving, we asked them about their stay, and they said they were very satisfied with the experience. The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was excellent, and they were very warm and welcoming. The room was clean, sanitary, and warm. In addition, they were very interested in our food delivery robot, haha 😁

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get to West Street and the Zhili Governor's Office. The facilities are new, there's a self-service laundry room, and the environment is clean. The staff are also very friendly.

This hotel is simply one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making you feel at home. My room is spacious, bright and well decorated. The big bed is so comfortable and soft that you feel like you are in the clouds as soon as you lie down on it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

I happened to pass by this hotel while traveling in Baoding, and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were very professional, with friendly and welcoming smiles. Check-in was incredibly efficient. Since I wasn't familiar with the area, I asked many questions, and they patiently answered them and provided a lot of help without showing any impatience. It was truly a comfortable and welcoming experience. The room, though small, was very clean, with a good selection of toiletries, and the heating was already on. The breakfast was also excellent, with a delicious mix of cold and hot dishes, meat and vegetables, and a wide variety of main courses. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Passing by Beijing, I chose a hotel close to the highway. The environment was very good and it was newly opened. I can't say enough about it. The whole service is the best I have ever experienced recently. From check-in to dining, especially in the morning, the waiter will help you get your bag when you come in and put it on the seat. She is good-looking and has a good service attitude. She will serve you with a smile throughout the morning. Have a good mood. There are many kinds of breakfast, including donkey meat grilled on fire, very satisfied!

The room was clean, the service was excellent, and you could check in 4 hours early. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had strong water flow, which was a pleasant experience. However, this room type has an open bathroom, so if you mind, you can choose a different room type. The soundproofing was average; you could faintly hear the music from the bar at night, not loud but audible. The breakfast was varied and the children loved it. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very close to the Paleozoological Museum, a 5-minute drive away.
