前台服務非常熱情，還送了小禮物 退房可以免費寄存行李，大廳的茶香味特別好聞，離各個景點非常近，直隸總督署 古蓮花池 都在5公里以內，打車就一個起步價非常方便。

超舒服的一次住宿
前台小姐姐温柔、貼心，聽説有開車，特意叮囑當地有單雙號限行措施，避免損失100大洋
晚上回到酒店，正好趕上暖暖的銀耳雪梨湯出鍋，有口福了
出門着急，忘帶潤膚乳，享受了一次智能機器人的服務，特別棒

酒店設施很新，房間乾淨整潔。床墊很舒服，洗澡水很熱水量足。早餐種類很多，菜品新鮮，牛肉罩餅好吃。工作人員非常熱情，尤其是前台美麗的小姐姐。酒店位置在人民廣場對面，鬧中取靜，離萬博很近 有機會再去保定還會選擇這家酒店。前台姐姐服務太好了，人美心善！

我花了456的房費，結果酒店給我開的電子專票是373元。下午我打電話問過去，前台一個男的告訴我456的房費，他們酒店衹賺373，所以發票衹開這麼多錢。差的部分讓我去找攜程。我在攜程訂酒店都鉑金會員了，酒店明明是開錯了，但是前台竟然那我當**一樣回覆。另外，400+的酒店早餐就是如家漢庭的水平，這樣奇葩的全季還是第一次遇到。
