訂的是有窗户的，給我們的是沒窗户的。而且沒提前説，上去了才發現，打前台電話説沒有有窗户的了。房間裏還沒水，前台讓我們自己下去拿。沒見過服務這麼差勁的酒店！

比較差的一個酒店了，住了幾天普通單人床，隔兩天我點了商務大床房，結果前台還是給我開的普通單人床，我下去找前台，態度還賊差，搞得我好像欠她錢似的，差評差評差評！
