The gym is currently the only one in Baoding that can be used 24 hours a day, which is very convenient, and there is indeed a cleaner cleaning the equipment and so on every morning when you go to the gym. The location is a bit remote, and it's still a bit far from the best commodity stores. For example, if you want to order a cup of Starbucks, there is no way. The sanitation is very good, because the hotel is very new, and there is an artificial table for breakfast. The boiled fish dumplings are very good. In terms of service, although the front desk left a bad impression at the beginning, we pointed out that the TV in the suite was not working, and said impatiently that people lived in the suite every day, as if we were making trouble for no reason. As a result, the engineering staff came to see that there was indeed a problem. When we arrived on duty The manager, Manager Wang, Alex handled it very professionally. First, he apologized politely, and then tried to coordinate. He also gave more cookies. We asked for a late check-out, which was also resolved. He added WeChat and said that he would contact the front desk if necessary. Do more training to make them empathetic and more patient. So I stayed for 2 days overall, and I felt pretty good.
