服務態度差，早餐也差，房間拖鞋塑料味兒很重。房間飲用水衹限兩瓶，問服務員，服務員豪橫的説衹給兩瓶，房間故意放的飲用水還要明碼標價賣錢。在一個小縣城，310元的賓館如此差勁。

窗户好多把手都壞了不修，隔音效果太差，問前台服務員要瓶水不給，還要收費，態度極差！尤其是24號晚上上班的前台女的，你是做服務業的，動不動就給你們老闆説去，沒有服務意識，顛覆了對維也納的認知，窗户關不住你倒是解決呀！唯一值得欣慰的是保潔人員服務態度非常好！
