I stayed here like 4 days (3nights) for the first time with my family from 12 june 2024 until 15 june 2024and it was excellent. At that time We got floor 6. The room is big with the high floor and i can get a better view. So I want to stay here again and booked it again from 16 june 2024 until 19 june 2024. But i got disappointed with my room view. It's in the 3rd floor and the view is totally different with the last time. I booked Deluxe twin room because of the view. If i can know that i'll get the bad view, i may just booked the standard room. I requested to change the hight floor with the front desk at night. And they told me to contat in the morning again. In the morning, they told me that i can't change the room. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know how can i stay with this room until 19 june. This is my vacation and i would like to enjoy the viewww

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel and I can confidently say that I will book again on my next travel without hesitation. Everything about my stay was exceptional. One of the standout features of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff members were incredibly polite, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. Take Chiang Mai to Bangkok to Red Velvet to Bangsue Station. The hotel is located near Bangsue Railway Station. You can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes from Gate 1. You can transfer to MRT there or take the Red Express Line directly to Don Muang Airport or take the train to other places. There is a bus station in 5 minutes' walk. It is a 12-15 minute walk from DDmal, where there is also MRT Kamphaeng Phet Station. Exit 3 is Or Tor Kor Market and 7-11, which have a lot of food and fruits. Next to it is Chatuchak Weekend Market. If you want to city walk, you can also go to JJmail and Mixt Chatuchak to go shopping and buy souvenirs. There are three parks there, Chatuchak Park, Queen Sirikit Park, etc., or walk to BTS Saphan Khwai There is a big bigc supermarket over there, and there is also a money exchange business over there. You have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel. The front desk lady who helped with the check-in was from Myanmar and was very enthusiastic and cute. You need to pay a deposit of 500 baht to get the room card, and you can get a bath towel. She will take it to the room and introduce the corresponding facilities and equipment. The indoor floor is very clean. There are only two floors in total. The girls' room on the first floor is very quiet. Except for someone snoring, remember to bring earplugs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the bedding is great and the cushion is super comfortable. I slept very well for three nights. Someone will check in at midnight, and the boy on duty will take him into the room. Please pay attention. There are toilets for girls and men and women, and showers for girls and men and women. Girls should try to use the girls'. I went to mix them and smelled smoke, but the hotel had put a no-smoking notice in the toilet the next day. The cleanliness is very good, and the toiletries are co-branded hotel essential oils Special laundry service, super comfortable, very high-end, the design and grade of the hotel decoration are all in line with star-rated hotels. There is free hot and cold water in the lobby on the first floor, free freshly ground coffee machine, refrigerator, two public areas, two super large lying areas, a long table and a lazy sofa, fast wifi, 11 to 2 o'clock is the room cleaning time, so the air conditioner will be turned off, and people will stay in the public area. If you go out by motorcycle, it is very convenient to go anywhere, including the Siam business district. Try to bring more food when you come back, because you can stay for a day, it is really comfortable. If you wash clothes, there is a very small area at the end of the second floor with three coin-operated washing machines and two racks for drying. There are relatively few services for washing and drying. Overall, it is a hotel that is not highly recommended but worth going to. After walking through the location, you will find that it is really great~

It was close to the station, so it was easy to get around. The nearest station is a direct train ride from the airport, so it's easy to get around even if you have a lot of luggage. The room was clean. The Wi-Fi was fast. The surrounding environment was quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly. Taxis could come up close to the entrance, so it was easy to get around.

Had a night stay at this hotel located right beside Ratchadewi BTS station. There were ongoing construction works at the lobby area of the hotel but it did not affect the night's sleep. Walking into the hotel, the lobby though dimly lit, it felt grand due to the large hanging chandelier right in the middle. Room was quite spacious for the price paid. Mine was facing inwards to the swimming pool. Bed was comfortable. Shower is shared above the bath tub. Toilet located right beside the bath tub. No toothbrush provided. Shower gel and shampoo provided. There was even a bottle opener fixed to the wall of the toilet. Quite interesting. We did not use the tv as we were out mostly. It was an enjoyable short stay in a good location.

The hotel was amazing clean n stylish, we got everything we needed in the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful with check in, ordering taxi, and even helped us reserving a table at a buffet restaurant, breakfast a little diffrent in 2 days we stayed, they even have Asian Food corner, Chinese dumplings, Indian foods which is great… i love how their bathroom door closed, it seperate the room into 2 parts… the toilet kind spacious, very comfy… rooftop bar is amazing… nice view from Octave Rooftop Bar… you guys should stay here at least 2-3 nights… its next to japand town, u can find food at your doorstep when u walk out of the hotel… love the location… near Thong Lo BTS very convenience…

Nothing to complain everything was smooth and good. Policy is weird. I bought a coffee from Erawan building on second floor, then I was not allowed to drink my coffee at lobby while waiting for taxi. I didn’t even sit at their restaurant zone, but at table in front of check in counter. Weirdly even purchase within Erawan premises, not allowed at any hotel zone. Maybe this is too high end hotel.

It is a little far away from MRT Sirindhorn Station (about 15 minutes' walk), but on the other hand, there is a pier for taking Orange line speed boat near the hotel, which can be said to be another way to travel. If you don't want to take a boat, You can take a bus across the river opposite the hotel, or you can go to places frequently visited by tourists such as Siam/Victory Monument/Zhai Daozhai.

This hotel has really nice location and access to Khaosan st. There’s nice pool at 1st floor and actually it was available to smoke. We didn’t order breakfast or any other options so i can’t tell if it was good or bad tho there’s little shops at ground floor and it actually helpful :) I strongly recommend backpackers to stay here this hotel. I could get nicer service compared to how much i paid for it.
