Somerset Properties in Bangkok

It’s my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and although there were a few hiccups this round, overall it was still a pleasant and enjoyable experience! The hotel staff remain as welcoming and helpful as ever. I’m absolutely obsessed with the TAO BIN beverage vending machine at the lobby! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer, as well as a microwave — perfect for daily convenience. However, we did encounter an issue with the dryer during our stay. The maintenance technician spoke little to no English, which made communication quite challenging, and we weren’t entirely confident that he knew how to resolve the issue. Thankfully, the front desk care team quickly stepped in and efficiently arranged for us to move to another room within 20 minutes. They spoke good English, were patient, and handled the situation very professionally. Once we moved to the Executive Two-Bedroom Serviced Residence, everything worked perfectly, and the rest of our stay was smooth and comfortable. Despite the minor inconvenience, the staff’s responsiveness and warm service made our stay a great one overall.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in the Heart of Bangkok! I had a wonderful experience at Somerset Maison Asoke Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located — close to public transport, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette and washing machine. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop pool and gym are fantastic spots to relax after exploring the city. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

Beautiful hotel in the lively area of Sukhumvit. Great amenities and incredible view from the restaurant and bar at the top. Room was exactly as photographed, clean and to a great standard. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to all the lovely, helpful staff

First off, a huge shout-out to the hotel! The room truly exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I fell asleep in seconds. The room was spotlessly clean – a dream come true for someone who pays attention to details! The staff were warm and attentive, providing exceptional care from check-in to check-out. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and I'll definitely choose Somerset Hotel again next time I visit Thailand!

Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. I needed a late check-out and they recommended joining the membership which allowed it, super thoughtful! The room was clean, spacious, and had great natural light. The bed was comfy, aircon worked well (and didn’t trigger my sinus), and the bathroom was spotless with a bidet and nice-smelling toiletries. Some appliances like the hair dryer and weighing scale were a bit outdated, and the towels were slightly rough, but everything else worked great including the washing machine and microwave. Breakfast was a small spread but everything was tasty. The infinity pool offers a beautiful sunset view (I didn’t swim but it looked great). They also provide free tuk-tuk shuttles to the nearby BTS. Location wise, Thonglor is perfect with plenty of food and massage spots around. Housekeeping was exceptional. They even folded my clothes and returned forgotten items on my last day. Perfect for families, business trips, or long stays. Quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Only suggestion would be to add an anti-slip mat for the bathtub. Overall, a really pleasant stay!

Facilities: Very spacious room. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean and no unpleasant odors, making for a comfortable stay. Environment: Large and well-equipped with amenities. Service: Very patient service; housekeeping and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Bangkok.
