Our second stay at this hotel. Still very good value and in a good location for visiting the Bangkok riverfront area. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Fair distance from the centre (Sukhumvhit) area. The hotel is perhaps looking a bit tired and in need for some new decor but the rooms are well equipped and very spacious. Staff friendly and professional and the buffet breakfast was of a fairly good standard. Overall still a good hotel that we would happily use again

The lobby is good but everything else was not good. The room is old and water was leaking from the air conditioner. Didn't look clean. Sheets and just 2 small pillows. The bathroom was not good either It looked like a train station bathroom. I have always had good experiences with trip.com recommended hotels. This is the first time in 10 years I have had a bad hotel experience booked through trip.com.
Mostly travel package tour buses come here. The outside looks good, the location is good but the hotel rooms are bad
