The old hotel but the location is good

Good place

It was so sick to start with a lady receptionist who was very angry and stressed just to manage for an extra bed. After taking full charges for an extra person, the toiletries and water bottles need to be requested repeatedly 3 times until late at 10 pm, finally just to get the basic stuff but still without a face towel. Linguistic and understanding skill is also terrible for the front line staff of an international hotel. Last not the least is the moldy smell of the pillows and mattress with the non-stop itchiness of both legs under the blanket keeping us awake the whole night. (When u don't have any known allergies to anything) P.S TV remote does not work , cannot turn down the volume and wifi also never fails to disappoint us during the whole stay by continuous loss of signal.

Clean and spacious. Very comfortable mattress. But no facial tissue in the room only toilet roll. Have to take more care on hygiene as we saw cockroaches creeping on the wall. Ask the front desk to spray but after came back the little things still creeping..

good, and smoking is allowed at rooms of 18th floor. Food are Indian food. no Chinese or Thai food.

Its near to market and very clean but there is taxi sending people's to safari and taking money for two way after that running away

Pros: #Perfect location for shopping enthusiasts as close by Central Mall,Indra Market,Palladium mall. #Enough massage parlours nearby. #Taxi,public transport easily available to explore places. #Mcdonald, KFC,Subway, 7-11 convenience stores close by #Rooms are spacious ,big bathrooms ,Gym & Pool available. #Check in & Check out was smooth.No upfront money or security required as some hotels demand the same. Cons: #Cleanliness not upto mark. #Bathrooms are big but require modifications & upgradation as showers and taps are in dilapidated state.

hotel location is decent, rooms were clean as well however majority of the facilities and equipment are old, so definitely not a fancy or modern hotel for those who are interested. overall price point of the hotel was good, and the rooms were big. other than that, nothing special.

Ideally located in central Bangkok in the Pratunam market area near the Airport metro. Rooms are big & comfortable & has a nice city view. Breakfast has some Indian dishes but nothing is palatable. However, good Indian restaurants are located nearby.

good place to travel around… good that they upgrade my room coz of people party on our floor

The location was too far away from a subway station. The internet was terrible and barely usable. I asked to have the remaining days refunded to move to a different hotel but the staff refused.

It is beyong the expectation! Next to the main attraction by just walking distance.
