The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, processing check-ins and check-outs quickly, and were always friendly and polite. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. Bathroom facilities were complete, with stable hot water supply and a full set of toiletries. The cleaning staff were very prompt with their service, and the overall environment was cozy and comfortable. It offers great value for money, and my stay was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone.

Very close to Khao San Road, making it easy to get around. The room was reasonably clean, and breakfast was decent. 7-Eleven and a street food market are nearby. There's also a river where you can just relax and chill, plus an outdoor pool!

Quite a lovely hotel, the riverside room wasn't easily accessible by lift though. Near a lot of construction right now.

The location is great, very close to the attractions in the old town. The hotel itself is nice and new, but the bed was severely sunken in the middle. It felt like there were two big dips when you lay down, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Lovely hotel, but there is massive construction happening on the street in front of the building. If you get a room at the back of the hotel, you won't hear it, but in other parts of the hotel, you can hear the jack hammers inside. It ruins the ambience and enjoyability of the area when there is scaffolding in front of the building and you can only access it by construction walkways, which also make it difficult to walk outside and cross roads. Also, the view from our room was of an air conditioning unit so the outlook was bad, back and front of the building. In terms of tourism, the location is great if your primary focus is temples, but if you want more excitement like shopping, bars and restaurants, I would recommend staying in a different area as it is fairly quiet around the hotel. We wound up taking taxis back and forth to other parts of the city for fun. The hotel is lovely, good value and the staff are friendly so no complaints there. We paid for the breakfast, the hot food was predominantly Asian like curries and meats which are a bit heavy in the morning especially in the heat, there was some Western items like French toast and pancakes, but they were dry and not the best. Again, the hotel was lovely - to be fair, the problems were the construction and the area lacked excitement for us - neither of those issues were the fault of the hotel itself.

When we are in Bangkok, we always choose Ayathorn. If you’re planning to explore the old part of Bangkok, this hotel is a great base. Many of the main attractions are within a 20–30 minute walk, and if you prefer, a short tuk-tuk ride gets you there even faster. There are also several very good local restaurants just a few minutes away on foot, which makes evenings easy and enjoyable. The rooftop is a nice plus perfect for cooling off after a long day of sightseeing, with a relaxing atmosphere, or for spending some time in the pool. One thing to be aware of is the major renovation works currently happening in front of the building, which can cause traffic congestion and some noise during the day. However, you can minimize this by booking a river-facing room, which is quieter. Also, if you arrive early, the hotel offers the option to check in before the standard time for an additional fee, which can be very convenient after a long flight.

Lovely hotel. Walking distance to Khao San Road. Walking distance to main attractions - Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Wat Saket. Nice pool area. Huge bed!

Fantastic stay at the Ayathorn, the beds are the comfiest in BKK! Staff were also amazing! Could not fault my stay.

Pool was great  Smoothies delicious  Location perfect and our view from our room was amazing. Plus the buffet breakfast was great.

I feel that the air conditioner and the walls in my room are not clean. When I turn on the AC, the airflow is strong and it triggers my allergies, causing rashes and itchy bumps on my skin.

Really close to many commodities and close to Khaodan Road. Just the road worka in fro t of the hotel can be disturbing despite the fact that there's no noise.
