I guess it’s a great option for its price! It was super clean and quiet, the apartment was spacious and had a great view from a balcony. It’s not equipped for cooking but has a microwave and the necessary dishes. 7/11 and big malls are very close. The hotel also has free shuttle to the metro station but you can also walk. If you take a car taxi to the centre you will probably face the traffic jam issues so metro is a great option.

Quiet location, 5-10 minutes away from downtown, depar**ent stores, night markets, Xiangshenhuanghuang, subway, and 7-11 outside. recommend!

The hotel is located in a quiet alley, not far from the subway station, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets on the road. Life is very convenient. Going out to play every day is a happy holiday life.

Quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the location is good, you can make simple meals, and there is a balcony. I stayed here for 2 weeks. There are supermarkets, food markets and MRT nearby, and it is only a few hundred meters away from the embassy. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the MRT, so you can travel lightly.

It is a serviced residence run by foreigners. It is very hygienic. Since there are no disposable slippers, I was barefoot for three days. It felt good. Food and shopping are nearby. The room is very large. I like it.

Although the hotel is in a small alley, it is very close to the subway station. It is a short walk to the subway station, and the Rama 9 shopping mall is opposite. There is a washing machine on every floor. The room is big and has a balcony. I feel that the price/performance ratio is very good. The service is fantastic. All five-star praise. If I go back to Bangkok, I still like to live here.

Very good value for money

Wonderful place to stay and exceptional value. Owners are really kind people and the staff there, while not fluent speak English well enough to answer questions for you. During the day there is a tuk tuk available to take you to the local subway station. The hotel is located in a local neighborhood and is great for those who want a taste of regular Thai people life. I have had challenges directing taxi's there with my broken Thai, I would suggest pulling up the hotel on maps in thai and printing it out to make it easier

Won't use again! Owner man and daughter have good or skills, the floors and very clean. Chubby girl staff and another front desk staff who speak some English needs to attend some hospitality and Thai smile classes. They are rather rude. Accused us of taking a bare kitchen towel that they never gave in the first place. Understaffed cleaning crew. Not close to train station. Tuktuk shuttle driver gets disgruntled and it is available only few hrs each week day.

I only used it briefly, but it was really great. Even though I arrived late in the evening, the security guard guided me kindly, and the staff was friendly when I checked out the next day. Also, even though there was one additional person, they let me know without an additional charge. Thank you. I will use it again next time.
