Booked for anniversary so the hotel made some arrangements which was really nice! However, the bathroom design was not the best, shower head was also quite weak.

Strengths: 1. The services are fantastic. 2. Breakfast varieties are great and nutritious. Waiters and waitresses are warm and friendly. 3. Gym is fairly equipped and trainer is helpful. Pool looks cool. 4. Room is spacious and comfortable. Facilities are clean and in good condition. 5. Quiet environment. Definitely great for getaway! Weaknesses: 1. Location is slightly not convenient but shuttle service is available on hourly basis. 2. Some toothbrushes and shaver given to me are slightly faulty. 3. 2000thd per night as deposit. I find a bit too high provided that I already prepaid. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend if you don't mind the weaknesses mentioned above.

The location is good which is near Central Embassy but quiet because it is far from the main road. Don't stay at a hotel that is close to BTS in Bangkok. The pool is tranquil and nice in the morning. Room is spacious. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet. The gym is fabulous too.

The hotel is recently refurbished and the hardware are well maintained. Booking suite would entitle club lounge access with complementary afternoon tea, evening cocktail and breakfast. It’s a resort hotel next to a wellness clinic and offers health check/dental care/beauty care package.

The resort is located in the heart of Bangkok. Just within 5mins walk to the Phloen Chit BTS station and Central Embassy mall with Bangkok Erawan Shrine, Central World, Big C and night market along the river all in walking distance. The resort offers a relax and quiet stay in the city center of Bangkok. The hotel lobby is grand and nicely decorated. The swimming pool is big comparing with other Bangkok hotels in the area. Great breakfast served with many varieties and healthy choices. There was a pair of lovely snow white peacocks raised near the running trail. The room was spacious, clean and nicely designed. There was a balcony and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower room. It'd be better if the hotel can have some balcony furniture to allow usage of the balcony for a relaxing drink or drying swimming suits. The shower room in the bathroom of my room leaks water. It may be one area for improvement as well. But this resort is a great option at Bangkok in overall. We'd be happy to have another stay in future.

Hotel location, service, and amenities were perfect! Staff were also really polite and friendly, especially the shuttle service driver “Time” ! Only thing is that the hot water in the shower takes a while to heat up, and there was a bit of black mold in the corners of the shower area

It's my second time staying here and they are done renovating (lat year they were under renovation but it was really well managed). Love how their staff are always proactive, attentive and helpful. They have a really nice larger gym facility and pool is spcaious as well. Breakfast spread is really hearty. Definitely foresee myself coming back again !

Staffs are helpful and friendly. Next to the clinic is a selling point. Nice breakfast too. Shuttle bus to bts stations should be arranged in more frequent.

Comfortable pillows and mattress, great services. We got vouchers to check up and consult with Doctor at the BDSM Wellness Clinic. Definitely be back again.

Resort style hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Hotel is newly renovated and leaves a very nice impression. Worth to tey out.

Very nice hotel good for a relaxing holiday, breakfast is excellent, with freshly prepared mixed fruits.About 10 min walk to BTS or luxury mall , and food court in nearby hotel.
