This hotel is quiet and the standard facilities are sufficient. It easily surpasses business hotels in regional cities. However, it is quite hard to find as it is located further back through an alley.

Nice location, many nearby shopping and dining places. Room hygiene is okay, but hotel renovation is a bit old. Sofa is a bit worn and bedsheets needed to be changed. Night market is just 8 minutes walk away. Nice hotel breakfast.

The location is good. Pararam 9 MRT Station and Central Grand Plaza Rama 9 Shopping Mall are within walking distance, and there is also Lotus, making it convenient for shopping. However, I received the key and entered the room, but there were a lot of ants around the door, so I talked to the cleaning person and sprayed insecticide, but there were still ants crawling around the door in the bathroom and later. It's past 12 o'clock at night, and maybe it's because the embankment is next to the road, but the noise from motorcycles is no joke. It's to the point where I can't sleep. I made a reservation for 2 nights, but the next day, I asked the hotel to cancel my reservation for 1 night. Since I made the reservation through Trip.com, they said they had the authority, so I made the request to Trip.com, but I was told that I couldn't cancel because they couldn't negotiate with the hotel. . I just gave up the one-night fee and went to another hotel and was able to sleep comfortably.

500Baht CASH is needed for a room key deposit. The rooms are clean if outdated. The toilet was my biggest problem since I had trouble flushing. The Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Would stay there again in the future.

I've come to stay for the second time. The room is clean and very spacious. If there was a bigger bottle of soap and shampoo, it would be good. There's not enough to use, haha. You have to bring your own, ladies. This time, I stayed on the 2nd floor, middle row. Accommodation near the MRT station, convenient for travel. There is parking available. For those who have a lot of personal cars

Nice place for area Ratchadapisek. And you will get some crowds for foods. 10 min away from MRT Thailand Cultural Center, which is easier to reach from Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airport. Was Easy to book online. I checked in the room in the evening, but security was there to serve. Room was very spacious, clean, and neat. Also they had large closet. And shower room was good enough, smells good too. Owner is also good people to talk. He met me once. His name is mr Sunil. Their internet access was also very good, very fast, and most important stable. There was couch in the room. So it is nice if you come with friends. As serviced apartment, i got hotel level service. Recommended highly. And want to get back if i am going for biztrip.
