Mr Arijit took really good care of us for our entire stay in Bengaluru. He was quite responsive and made sure we didn’t face any inconvenience. Driver was also very patient and calm. Hotel Icon is also amazing for stay and is at a very good location.

We stayed in executive room. It was nice and comfortable. We are jain. I would request to have more jain options in breakfast. Cut fruits had a smell of onion, garlic. Seems like they were cut on same chopping board as onion garlic. Overall experience was very good. We would definitely go again.

Visited as a part of business trip. Very well behaved staff. All facilities and amenities are as per mentioned while booking. .Rooms are clean and the ambience is also good. Room service is available 24 x 7 with great food!! Location is good.

It was really great stay at Icon, food and service were amazing. Looking forward to use the facility in future as well. The staffs were friendly and attended whenever required.Rooms are super nice and provide comfort. Arijit were super supportive and make sure everything in place prior to our arrival.

Had a very pleasant stay. Place is near major buisness parks of Belandur and they have the most awesome Buffet spread for this budget! House keeping was very good. They noticed I need two towels everyday and ensured the second day two towels were placed without me asking. These small things make a difference

Great location, good service, good staff! Went for their executive room with breakfast + 2nd meal! Value for money! Would highly recommend as the proximity was really good. Internet connection was good if working from home and in room dining food was good too

Very nice hotel, lovely staff, nice and polite. very good service, ***ali in particular was very helpful ***** with all the staff at the reception. I would defiantly, given the opportunity visit Bangalore, book the same hotel and also recommend Icon Hotel to any one.

***ali and Narmada at the reception were really welcoming. Some of the staff is very good while the others bad.. Restaurant is particularly slow. Request for complimentary ice cubes or some milk to flavor tea were ignored Stayed here for over a month and there were ***y things they could have easily done to delight and make the stay more comfortable Overall an average stay and decent value for money. Aniket- Sales ***ager provided good service and courtesy through out. Thank you

Brilliant hotel, highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Bangalore. I visited to accompany my dad for surgery at the nearby Sakra World Hospital, and for the entire duration of our stay, all members of staff (from the restaurant/kitchen to reception, ***agement and porters) were all incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling. In particular Santosh did a fantastic thorough job of keeping the room clean & tidy. The ladies and gents serving in the restaurant were very professional and no request was too tricky for the kitchen staff. The reception and ***agement were delightful too. A fantastic rooftop view and inviting pool makes the stay even more enjoyable.
