It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.

Perfect weekend stay. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, amazing staff and delicious food. The garden with the waterfall and fish bonds were added bonus. The swimming pool area with life music in the evening was also lovely. I also enjoyed the coffee shop with different varieties of coffee.

Old rooms need reno.. not enough power points.. bedside no PowerPoint to charge phone. Bathroom very old and needs work. Pool has cracked tiles need repairs. Old gym so didn’t use. Internet would often disconnect randomly and annoying. Good location for weekend and night activities. Concierge Mr Sugeng and other concierges were the friendliest and helpful during my time that made me thru the week.

Truly a 5 star experience. You could feel the hospitality of every staff here. They serve with smile and try to engage with the guest a lot. I checked-in in the morning and left my luggage and returning in the evening , greeted by the same Reception that helped with checked-in in the morning. She still remembers me and immediately handing the Room key upon seeing me. Breakfast was marvelous. There was many variety of food from american breakfast to Asian dishes. My favourite drink was the teh tarik and they have many pastry selection. The waitress also very friendly. During my stay, they even remembered my preference. My only suggestion is to improve the quality of cafe selection for room services. My previous order was Hot chocolate. Overall it's a great place to stay and definitely worth coming back.

I would say that stayed at one of the oldest hotels in Bandung and Indonesia is a quite experience. The hotel located is perfect. It is near all of the attractions in Bandung. We haven't tried the breakfast menu, but we went to the sideresto and ordered fish and chips and tiramisu. The food is great and taste well. Overall, it is a recommended hotel to stay.

I have to say that the accommodation experience here is really good, and the service staff is also very enthusiastic! When you check in, you have to choose what breakfast you want tomorrow, and he will deliver breakfast to your room, so you just tell him what time you want to have breakfast, and they will deliver breakfast at that time to your room The bed in the room is very big and can accommodate four people. The faucet in the bathroom is also strong, but if you want hot water, you may have to wait a while. There is basically no view outside the room, but it is quite quiet when you sleep at night. Overall worth its price. It is also quite near to the train station Kiaracondong (not train station Bandung) for me to catch up the next day's train without rushing. However for the improvement, my room's water heater does not function at all for hot water, tv station no signal and can't get the wifi signal if you are upstairs' behind room.

I checked the gools reviews and I thought this has a better review than the one I searched before. But honestly I didn't like the rooms. The tables where dirty. It looked like a lot of people finished their cigarettes on the table. The trash can also had an awful smell in a non smoking room. But it was quiet to sleep wasn't so bad.
