Very nice hotel. It also has a very good restaurant and the ambiance is very cozy. It is located far from all attractions, so plan in having a car or in ordering Uber to go anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Simplesmente excelente do início ao fim. Do check-in até o check-out, finalmente um lugar que entendeu oque é serviço e hospitalidade. Fazendo tudo que estava ao seu alcance para tornar nossa estadia incrível. Parabéns a todos funcionários e aqueles que tive mais contato como o Fran e Gustavo, (recepção) Cris e Neto (Bistrô) Alex serviços gerais e todos os demais que não gravei o nome. Foi incrível, local super aconchegante e o serviço impecável. O restaurante é muito bom, esta sempre cheio, bom reservar. O café da manhã e piscina excelentes. Recomendo muito a estadia nesse hotel.

O hotel tem muitos pontos positivos: a localização é excelente, o atendimento foi impecável, a comida deliciosa e o design do quarto muito bem pensado (Casa Verde). Esses fatores realmente se destacam e mostram o potencial do hotel. Porém, minha experiência foi prejudicada por algumas falhas importantes no quarto. Não havia lençol colocado na cama, e a capa do edredom foi esquecida, o que é um descuido básico. Além disso, o ar-condicionado era extremamente barulhento, tornando muito difícil dormir à noite. Pedi contato com o Gerente Geral que não me retornou. Outro ponto negativo foi a escolha da playlist de músicas no ambiente, que, segundo informado, foi feita por Elias Goca, conhecido estelionatário na região. Associar o nome de uma pessoa com essa reputação à imagem do hotel é, no mínimo, questionável e pode impactar negativamente a percepção dos hóspedes. Se esses problemas forem corrigidos, o hotel tem tudo para ser uma escolha perfeita.
