The room was big but has a musty smell. They have a fitness centre and ample parking lots.

Lovely staff. Its professional without being 'fussy'. Young waitress on Breakfasts last Thur was very nice and helpful. Nice views of the Irish countryside. Ballincollig is a nice town. Not far from Cork city itself. I would go there again. Kev. Solo Traveller.

Room could have been cleaner, but was tolerable. The hot/cold valve for the shower didn’t always work as it should have and the bathroom was a bit run down overall. Parking and other guest services were superb though!

Excellent really but one MAJOR problem. Heating system in the rooms is abysmal. Took about 3 hours to get up to desired level. (NOT a "one off"). 4th or 5th visit in 12 months (same problem. Obviously not a problem in August etc but...)

we enjoyed our stay here, the staff made us feel so welcome and were helpful with our questions...... would recommend staying here as it is a positively unique hotel...... the room was amazing , the bathroom in such an awesome way was unbelievable........... worth checking in to

Easy checking and ample parking with lots to do around area. Used gym and spa tub, wished aqua area stayed open later. Staff super friendly. Only hiccup was the room key, had to make 4 trips to desk when key quit working after being there for 2 days. Would definitely stay again though.

The service was really good with friendly staff. However we were really disappointed with the room. The carpet was stained, there was dirt around the windows. The beds were cheap. The room needed a deep cleaning
