So we have just finished our 7 day holiday in Hayatt Sanur. Choosing Hayatt was the best decision we could make! First of all, Location! The location of the hotel is more than perfect! Everything you can imagine is nearby. The beach is clean and beautiful. Sunlounges on the beach are available, plenty and in good condition. Hotel grounds are amazing! It is so beautiful that it can take your breath away. With ponds, ducks and lilies. Regency suite is a good size room with a huge terrace. The only problem of this terrace is that it's not covered and it's unusable during rains or hot days. Also, there is no light on the terrace so at night is really dark. Fortunately, the hotel has more than amazing staff! The manager Sinta do above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. After telling our concern about no light on the terrace to the manager Sinta it was solved in no time! Highly highly professional! Sinta and Sheril went above and beyond to make our stay amazing including a very special organization of our romantic dinner that was unforgettable! Regency club is a great addition, but a bit limited. However, the manager of the club Oki turns this club in a very beautiful place to relax and unwind. The food in all the restaurants is amazing, fresh and so tasty! I would really like to thank a waiter Anom for his professionalism, customer service and incredible kind heart! This hotel thanks to its staff left us with the most beautiful and unforgettable memories!

Stayed here with my wife for our 25th anniversary!! Wonderful stay! Staff was amazing! Always greeted with a smile, very helpful with providing transportation, towels or anything we asked for. Air conditioning in the rooms and WiFi and Netflix was great! The pool was perfect for a dip to cool down or even in the evening before bed! Breakfast in the pool was delicious. 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of good coffee and restaurants within walking distance or short cab ride. Would highly recommend this for couples!! Wish the fridge was a little bigger, other than that no complaints at all. Thank you Danka Villa for making our trip to Bali comfortable and enjoyable!! See you next time 😉

Stayed here for 3nights, and booked Studio55 but upon check-in, they informed us that the aircon in all Studio 55 has to be off as there's a problem in the system. They downgraded us to Double Studio 30. It's such a disappointment as we are really looking forward to the bigger room with a bathtub, and there's no sofabed either for our toddler to sleep. At first, they offer us a lunch and dinner voucher for our stay there but I have already made plans for our meals, so in the end, we opted for a refund. The diff in the balance was S$163.9, but in the end, we only received S$108.69 and trip coins worth S$110.06. We are grateful for the good intention of Trip.com Regarding the hotel, location is awesome, there are a lot of beach cafes and restaurants nearby, and the pool is okay. The floor in our bedroom is always sticky somehow. Breakfast was average.

Geographic location: There is a parking lot, it is very convenient by the side of the road, and across from it is an Italian ice cream restaurant where many people line up every day. Hotel facilities: The hotel is small, the breakfast is simple and it is an order type. The lighting in the room was relatively dim. The disadvantage was that the toilet smelled. One of our two rooms still had no windows, which didn't feel very comfortable. The hotel has no elevator, only stairs, which is inconvenient for the elderly. Overall, worth the price. The transition can be done within a day or two, and resident is not recommended.

Abian Harmony Hotel is a good place for leisure as it’s location is very strategic and good value of money. Their staff are friendly and made me feel as my second home, room is comfortable, nice swimming pool, nice food and massage, just 5 minutes to the beach. I really recommended this property to whom would like to take their holiday in Sanur, Bali, Indonesia

More about Bali

Introduction to Bali

Bali, an Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, and stunning beaches, is the country's most famous tourist destination. Filled with ancient temples, rich arts and crafts, and a vibrant nightlife, Bali offers a kaleidoscopic blend of natural beauty and cultural depth.

Tips for Travelling to Bali

Bali's main international gateway is Ngurah Rai International Airport, located near the capital city, Denpasar. Travelers can explore Bali through taxis, local buses, bicycles, motorbikes, or even hired cars.

The official currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Most hotels and restaurants accept credit cards, but having some cash on hand for local markets and smaller venues is recommended. Indonesian is the official language, but English is widely spoken in tourist areas.

As for visas, many nationalities can enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days, but it's best to check before your journey.

Popular Attractions in Bali

Bali offers a wealth of cultural and natural attractions. Explore the ancient temples of Tanah Lot and Uluwatu, or immerse yourself in the artistic heritage of Ubud, Bali's cultural heart. Visit the Tegalalang Rice Terraces and the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary for unique experiences.

Bali's beaches are equally enticing, with Kuta Beach, Seminyak Beach, and Nusa Dua Beach offering vibrant beach life. Surfing enthusiasts will love the waves at Uluwatu and Canggu.

Weather, Best Time to Visit, and What to Wear

Bali enjoys a tropical climate with temperatures fairly consistent year-round. The best times to visit are during the dry season, from April to October. Bring lightweight, breathable clothing, a hat, and sunscreen to protect from the sun. Also, remember to dress modestly when visiting temples.

Choosing Your Ideal Hotel in Bali

For luxury beachfront accommodation, consider the Legian Bali or the W Bali in Seminyak. In Ubud, the Hanging Gardens of Bali offers a unique luxury experience with its Instagram-famous infinity pool.

For budget travelers, the Puri Garden Hotel and Hostel in Ubud offers comfort and excellent service. The Dash Hotel Seminyak, with its eclectic and colorful design, is an Instagram-worthy stay.
