Loved this place. Accessible to the beach, shopping mall, city and everything. The location was very convenient. The room was exceptionally well maintained. We did not have time to unpack and arrange our items on arrival, the staff there had cleaned and folded all our items and arranged our room. We were really grateful for that. I’d definitely stay there again. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was the view from my room!!!

Overall the experience is amazing. Location is so strategic, which is walking distance to Kuta Beach were good to catch for sunset and surfing. The residence is attached with the shopping mall, souvenir shop and neighbourhood with mostly 5 star hotel. When arriving, the staff (Titan) assist us smoothly and overall staff alsways with smile and helpful. I booked the biggest residence at the highest floor with 3 room and it very spacious, good view, clean, tidy, elegant, quiet and comfortable. Only use access card for the lift and to enter the residence they will provide you a door password and this is so convinent as we no need to bring they key with us. Facilities is fastatic were can watch neflix with projector and the sound bar for living room, and main 2 room also got netflix and own televison. There is washing machine and dryer, cooking stuff, water dispenser, coffee maker, iron and iron board, etc The wash room use bidet style and total is 3+1 with big rain shower all come with the good smell and organic range of Shampoo, body wash etc. The balcony also very spacious and can get view of Mount Agung. Also can play some uno card, lego, and chess aslo. Can see all the good and high quality brand been using for facilities from from furniture, electrical appliances, bedding stuff etc. We also tried their gym and swimming pool even the size is not that big but it just nice. Definately the summary of experience during my stay is just amazing. Thank you Beachwalk Residence for the great memories.

Nice room, spacious and well equipped. Easy access to mall too

Given the high ratings, was a little disappointed. Maybe we were just unlucky. Pros - apartment was nice and clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. Housekeeping was helpful and changed sheets when requested. Fridge, microwave and water dispenser useful with kids and infant. Cons - toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived. -Card/lift access was problematic throughout stay and had to call staff to get up each time.  - Air con in living room had a funny smell, air con in 2nd room was noisy and not cold.  - Only 2 pillows and they were too soft. But otherwise bed was comfortable. - Pool was nice but small. kids still had fun. No pool towels provided. - Gym was disappointing- air con and treadmill weren't working.

They clean it every day and provide capsule coffee. My mother says it's really delicious. I wish she would tell me what it is... Best location if you like shopping and don't want to move far. If possible, the largest room would be better. Next time, I plan to reserve the largest room (the price difference is not much).

The location is convenient. There is a shopping mall next to it and the beach is opposite. The only downside is that the bathroom smells bad.

The hotel is in Kuta to be with two other hotels, next to the beach walk shopping mall, it is super convenient for eating and shopping, and it is super convenient to go out and cross a small road to the beach (suitable for sunset watching and surfing). There are various restaurants, convenience stores, and small shops selling souvenirs on the entire street outside (you must bargain more). In short, the location of the hotel is very good👍 The environment of the hotel is very good, the front desk service staff is very nice, there is no case where only one person’s information is entered, check-in needs to be at 3:00 pm, but the front desk saw that we waited too long, about 2:00 to clear the room as soon as possible Let's check in. The communication over there is basically in English, but the spoken language is roughly at the level where I can’t understand what they are saying and they can’t understand what I am saying It was indeed returned to the teacher) But the written communication was very smooth. You can also add the hotel’s WeChat with WhatsApp. The front desk is very enthusiastic to solve all problems at any time. (o^^o) We booked a quadruple room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room and one balcony. The infrastructure is very good and new, and the air conditioner has a super cooling effect. The overall condition is very good. The hotel has a gym and an open-air swimming pool. There are many apps on the TV in the room, and you can watch Tencent and cast the screen. I just don’t know why the channel has no sound, and I didn’t experience the local TV station. In short, if the per capita budget is between 300 and 600, it is really a very good choice (*☻-☻*)

I was satisfied with both the location and facilities. I intend to visit again next time. I was particularly satisfied with the location as it was located in the center of Kuta.
