TO FLEE !!!!! Nice hotel at first sight then an ordeal for 1 month A stain on the floor which is to be reported… we come back 3 days later thinking that it is cleaning then we realize that we have moved a piece of furniture on the stain… no d internet in my room… the owner's 2 dogs barking day and night… I ended up cleaning my room myself, the boss who spoke French didn't even come to apologize for the dirty state of the room … then the friends with whom we came leave a week before us and we recover their room which is next to mine to have internet despite the fact that our friends had spent 2 days with the hotel toilets which had gone up in theirs a filthy smell and the toilets out of order the hotel assures that it is repaired and that they had completely cleaned it I give it a try and move in … I sweep and find a cockroach dead for some time just in side of the bed behind the bedside table… then the toilet gets clogged every day… In the end I spent the holidays cleaning my room myself we would have liked a small commercial gesture we still left 1300€ per couple and we were 2 but no, we were asked for the mini bar which was amounted to 8€ for our friends when we spend 2 days with the toilets of the whole hotel in their bathroom .. and 12.50€ for us when I find a dead cockroach and return to my room cleaner than when I arrived not even the decency to let us shower before getting on the plane we had to pay half a day more to be able to take a shower brief deplorable customer service and disastrous state of cleanliness avoid at all costs!
