We stayed here for nyepi, it wasn’t too bad but WiFi cut out often so not amazing but also good

It at a convenient location, great service from staff and enough amenities and clean swimming pool

I happened to stay when the front office was under renovation. The temporary front office sign was hard to spot, especially since we arrived at night. I tried calling the numbers provided, but no one answered, so I just walked around until I found it. The location is quite good, in central Kuta. The hotel facilities are also almost complete. If you're booking, choose a room with a window. The rooms without windows were quite musty when I first entered. Overall, it's pretty much what you'd expect for the price.

For this price, it's simply a wonderful hotel. Delicious breakfasts, a large room. For me, a good mattress and hot water are key, and everything was excellent! For the money, it's just great. It's about a 30-minute leisurely walk to the sea, but we enjoy walking. Otherwise, a taxi is inexpensive.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom, gave it a wet tissue slap. The beds are alright though.

We first arrived me and my wife and they gave us two separate beds claiming that they don’t have available king bed knowing that I booked a king bed, I asked for cancellation and they refused it. They stick the two beds together and then they told us that they changed the beds but they didn’t. The breakfast is horrible nothing is fresh and clean and tasty, we couldn’t even take our breakfast there. The hotel has alot of noises at night. To conclude, the hotel is cheap and in good location but there are many better options near it

Great value for money. Convenient location. It seems to be popular with schoolchildren, probably from the capital, so it can be a bit noisy in the evenings and at night. Otherwise, it's a perfect base if you travel a lot, with a food market nearby which is very convenient. Plus, the beach and massage parlors are relatively close. We also found an amazing shop along the way with handbags, keychains, and other beautiful accessories – my wife was thrilled, as you either can't find these things in Russia or they're much more expensive.

This place is a hidden gem, the food looks amazing and close to everything, very convenient and the pool is great. The gym is nice and the staff are what you would expect in a five star hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the food around in the Warungs is amazing, plenty of groovy cafes and Pinkies is pretty damn special, money changer and local businesses along with lawyers, IKEA and Mr DIY and many convenient locally price store, Tailors, Laundry and some high end low priced shops. Kuta Central is the spot, it will be red hot soon so get there before it turns “Cool” again.

Decent hotel to stay. nearby many local restaurants and eateries walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, my room aircond was leaking which I have complained about. I was told it has been fixed while I went out. However it seems still leaking and I have to wipe the drops. However overall it is still ok for the price paid.

Nice big rooms with air-conditioning. Clean large pool, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff

This was the best hotel we stayed in so far in Kuta , first the hotel is very beautiful the pool is amazing and our room is so spacious and clean and comfortable especially the bed you will feel so relaxed here , the hotel staff are super kind and friendly and helpful especially Yoga who helped us so much during our stay , the only thing we wish to improve is the breakfast there is no much variety especially for westerns coffee not good so we had to pay extra and buy normal coffee while hotel can provide a coffee machine I think, yeah just the breakfast is more Indonesian rice and another rice and another noodles which we don’t like especially for breakfast, but overall it’s ok.so if you are a foreigner wishing for a western breakfast it’s not here( they have pancakes but they are very smelly egg smell 🥲)

The hotel was spacious enough for 5 people, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was good, and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was also nice! I recommend staying at this hotel.
