It is relatively close to the airport. The area isn't attractive and beach around is full of trash. The hotel room was clean and nice, the pool was great and has a nice view. Breakfast was good enough. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The hotel staff are friendly and the interior of the room is nice. Although I don't know why there is an odd smell occasionally, but overall it is quite comfortable. The location is very good in the Kuta area. The beach is next door and can be reached within walking distance.

The room was okay, but I was placed on the second floor facing the street. The music in the nearby restaurant and bar was too loud, and the breakfast was not a buffet.

Amazing location, close to Legian Beach, dining, shopping. The staff were extremely hospitable and made our stay so comfortable!

The hotel is in perfect location, walking distance to the beach and in the middle of the village. It has the level of really good European hotels, by interior design, cleanliness & comfort. Bayu did a great check in with us and he spoke English really well. Only at the pool we had issues communicating, since no one in that shift actually spoke any English. The hotel even made a little surprise for us in the room for our honeymoon and they respected Hotels status so we got an upgrade. The restaurant is excellent: food, drinks, staff, live music and a**osphere - cheerful, classy and nice. They even have a little fountain in the courtyard which is great to offset the street noise if you want to enjoy your balcony. The rooftop pool is small but nice, with a great view.

Need to improve: If your flight is well after check out, please note that the hotel doesn’t have a proper shower or a facility that you can hang out. We had to have a cold shower outside next to the pool, with no privacy. Daily room service was ok as they didn’t replace fresh towels (we only need every 2nd or 3 rd day) or toiletries. You have to ask them for it. Good stuff: great location, friendly staff, clean hotel. We like that they provide drinking water machine in a room. If you travel with a family, they have a separate section with a sofa bed for kids with necessary kitchenette.
