Regret in read that your experience might not as expectations. It really has come to our concern for the ponts that you shared. For the AC, as you known that our property mostly using glass as interior and Bali temperature rather high in this month. It might affecting the total temperature eventhough we are turning on the AC for the wide open area such as meeting room, restaurant and lobby. However, your input still matter for us. We do taking it as our note and focus to be improve. Regarding the leakage you may found in our restarurant, it is affected by our insulation project which we might inform you will not happen again after the project is done. For the rest matters, we do putting concern and will liase to the respective department to ensure it is not happening again in the future.
