The staff were very nice and tried their very best to provide quality service. The hotel’s location is quite good as it is just walking distance from the beach and cafes. There are lots of food options around the area and there are also vegan friendly cafes just in a walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here. 😄

I enjoyed my stay here. Quite unique layout of the room. All the staff were friendly and warmed . Breakfast was ok can be further improved . It was ala cart style not buffet very limited choice. Just a lil disappointed that there were some messages sent a few days before but nothing was done .

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing establishment. Such a unique experience staff. Amazing amenities. Amazing the idea behind the structure that you stay in are absolutely incredible. Truly a one of a kind experience. I will try to book this place every time I am here.

Great location, just 5 min to the Canggu beach and to the cute cafe bars around. The breakfast could be more diverse but still was good. Staff was very kind and friendly.

This hotel only deserves 1 star. 1) We checked in to the Cabana with Sea View and there was ZERO view of the sea. 2) You’d better run if you’re staying in the cabanas beside room 107 - your entire bathroom (shower & bathtub) can be seen from the rooftop of room 107. EXTREME VIOLATION OF PRIVACY and when we gave feedback to the front desk, they said nothing could be done 3) There were ants on the bed 4) A mouse came into our room 5) Most of their 5-star Google reviews are fake - I believe they’re mostly employee accounts as they only have 1 review which has been submitted for this resort. One of the people who left a review is Hendro Priyono, their resort manager 6) It rained heavily on one of the mornings and water came into the first floor. There was also water dripping from the roof and as a result, the staircase to the second floor was soaking wet. Their service recovery was to get their technician to fix the roof (Seriously?). I had to request for a room change & they wanted to give me a Cabana room again but I refused because what if water leaks again? Or what if i’m placed in a room where my bathroom is exposed to others? In the end they downgraded me from a Cabana to a Suite and rightfully they should be offering a partial refund but no service recovery was made. After my trip, I wrote to Trip.com who assisted me in negotiating with the hotel for a refund but the hotel REFUSED. But thank you Trip.com for offering me coins to make up for the unpleasant experience. Nasty experience & definitely won’t be returning. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here either.

There is a Jacuzzi inside but it’s fairly cold. Service is not very good.

Best hotels in Canggu It has everything, friendliness, location, room condition, and value for money. If I go to Bali again, I will definitely go again.

The hotel is new but not worth the price The swimming pool is so thin. When I booked, it was $42xx for 3 nights. When booking on trip.com for the second day, there is a prompt saying there is a discount. $17xx 3 nights .😡

Decent hotel, close to the sea, you order breakfast in advance (in addition to breakfast, fresh juice and a fruit plate) the hotel is located on a street where there are many cafes and restaurants and spas. The rooms are new and equipped with a smart home. The speaker can be connected and listen to music. The only downside is that the hotel has a cool pool but no sun loungers. Thank you

Too much noise

Nestled in a private secluded spot an easy 5 minute walk from the beach, this resort is the perfect place to stay in Canggu. The location is perfect. The design and architecture of the rooms is highly original and adds to the experience. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well serviced . The pool area is stunning and the perfect place to unwind . The food in the Seabird restaurant is great with a chef who is always seeking to improve on the high standard already set. The highest compliment I can give the resort is its staff . They will go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Nothing is problem and you are always greeted with respect and a perfect smile. We had a very late flight on our last day and after checking out we were given access to a room late in the afternoon to freshen up before our flight. That’s what the staff here do , they look after your every need. I would highly recommend Canggu Cabana particularly for couples. Thank you for your huge contribution to our amazing Bali experience.

Absolutely shocking. Very expensive and you cheat very little in return. The hotel does not warn you that there is construction going on at the very front of the hotel and you get woken up at 6 AM every single day by power tools. The rooms are incredibly hot and not at all well ventilated and feel like a fishbowl. Everybody can see straight into your rooms.

This was the worst and most expensive place I have stayed in Bali. I had a shocking experience. Would never stay again, trying to get a refund is a nightmare as we had to leave 5 nights early. Woken up at 6am daily by construction, the rooms are hot and you can see into them from all angles. We paid so much money for 'luxury' which ended up being the worst stay we've ever had. Dont do it!
