Helpful Personl, Wonderfull Hotel During my stay everything was perfect.Nice and comfortable rooms, small but sweety terrace and tasty meals. There is a small terrace in outside for drink something in the morning so felling better.Breakfast more turkish meals and snacks. Speacial personal so friendly and helpfull. Residing in the hotel for 5 days. The hotel is fully in line with the description. Yes, the rooms are not completely new but clean, clean daily. You can get to the center without problems by foot. It's just a short stop and metro, grocery stores are also in step-by-step availability. Previously, the reviews indicated that breakfast is scarce. I wouldn't say so. There is a lot of choice of dry fruits, tea delicious, fresh fruit, tea/coffee/sook. Staff is always ready to solve any question. I have only positive impressions about 😊 Baku is a beautiful city with beautiful people ❤️

The location of the hotel is good, there is a subway station not far from the hotel. The room facilities are complete, and the bedside jack comes with an adapter, which can be used to charge another mobile phone. This detail is appreciated. The communication at the front desk is barrier-free, and the breakfast is also very good. I will recommend friends to stay here.

Although the hotel is not in the heart of the city, the area is in a very pleasant residential quarter. There are good pubs, restaurants and pastry shops nearby. At night there is a grocery store and a pharmacy right next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and nice, the staff are very helpful in everything.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕
