Sahil Bay Hostel
"The location is fantastic, with the metro just around the corner and shops nearby. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Old Town. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and speak both Russian and English. There are 7 toilets and showers available. There's also an elevator, as the hostel is on the 4th floor. You can't beat this price! I'll definitely be back. You guys are the best! The only downside I can think of is the plastic cover on the mattress, which crinkles when you turn over."
Radisson Hotel Baku
"The hotel was renovated, and I even got a free upgrade for my loyalty."
Turkiye Hotel – Free Massage
"it was terrible they was not friendly at all the booking was showing that we can early check in but the guy in the reception took 35 mannat (local currency) we was just 1 and hour early they was not cooperative at all first day we booked a breakfast for both of us the reception guy change and they let us wait there to serve food for 1 hour which was shame and they they came together three people to talk to me one was having language problem other write down our room number and then one new guy from the front desk came and asking u are not booked for breakfast and the second day i asked them to do a laundry service for my personal clothes then riped me of with 5 kg of clothes they charged me 30 mannat really rubbish team . overall the customer service and hospitality is 0 why i am writing this as i am alson belong to the hospitality i am head chef in a 4 star property in highland scotland so i thing they definitely need to look after these things ."
Capitol Hotel
"I chose this hotel because of the location, as it was close to the embassy where I needed to go, and it served my purpose. The streets around are very quiet, so no traffic noise. The room was fine for the price, spacious, good bed, clean, windows can be opened to let in air. The only problem, as others mentioned in the reviews, is that shower cabin leaks onto the floor, so the floor in the bathroom gets very wet and slippery. I did not try wi-fi or breakfast at this hotel, so cannot comment on that. 100 manat deposit was required when checking in even though room had been paid online. Maybe it's common pratice in AZ, I don't know."
Maajid Hotel
"Friendly staff, cooperating.. stay was made quite pleasant. Clean rooms with all facilities provided."
Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard
Soak in the ocean views, or take a dip in the indoor heated pool. Chill out in the spa, gym, and executive lounge, and tuck into a tasty breakfast in a prime location.
Alina Home Baku hostel
"The landlord was very nice."
Ibis Baku City
"The stay was ok, not good, not bad. Just ok. The hotel stuff at the reception is so unfriendly doesn’t matter for check-in/checkout/ questions. Cleaning service comes 9am and is had at you why you still in the room. Great start in the morning! No water refill. The guys at bar/ restaurant are very nice. The rooms are big enough for a longer stay, but the bed is just 1,2m. So if you order twin beds consider that the mattress’s size, which is just 60cm, so very small and not fixed with the bed. When you wake up, mostly the mattress is 10 to 20cm away from the starting position. 5 min walking to metro and just a few to nice food spots. Not really recommended."
Art Gallery Hotel
"Fantastic location, walking distance to anywhere… great view, best a/c… bit of traffic noise but irrelevant… clean, comfortable bed… Great value for the money…"

Olive Seaside Hotel
"Nice place to stay. Friendly staff and big room. Everything ist nice."
Sapphire Marine
"The hotel is conveniently located, the city center can be reached by bus in 20 minutes. The staff is polite, positive and very attentive. The room is excellent, they clean every day and change the bed linen daily. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Esmira, who cleans the rooms, for her excellent work and sincere attitude towards guests. She is great. We are very pleased with the vacation we spent, if possible, we will come again."
Khazar Inji hotel
"The hotel is extremely basic and looks nothing like the pictures. It feels like a guesthouse in China."
Four Seasons Hotel Baku
"A superb hotel with perfect and delicious breakfasts. Conveniently located right next to the Old Town."
The Ritz-Carlton, Baku
"Overall, everything was good. The only issue was when I went to the spa, there were other guests in the pool area, and one of them was smoking a cigarette. When I asked a hotel employee to stop this, nothing was done. It was unpleasant to swim in a pool with the smell of tobacco."
Sheraton Baku Intourist
"GOOD .L"
Hyatt Regency Baku
"Nice hotel with central location: - outdoor pool - big space room - clean toilet and shower - nice atmosphere"
Fairmont Baku - Flame Towers
"The hotel is clean beautiful and spacious, but is also overpriced for what you get. Also personally I expect every good-grade hotel to have a small refrigerator in the room to help chill my drinks or food, and was surprised not to find one here. Additionally, there was shortage of convenient electricity ports to charge our phones and other devices. There WERE spots, just not next to the beds. Other than this, service was great, the pool was very nice and overall we enjoyed"
The Family Hotel – Free Massage
"The price-performance ratio for the room is excellent, but the hotel is located quite a bit outside the city. The TV is unusable and the toilet flush only works halfway. There are indeed indoor and outdoor pools as well as a sauna, but they have to be turned on upon request."
Parkway Inn Hotel & Spa
"Service is 5 stars! Stayed for the second time, gave a room twice as big as the one paid. Can definitely recommend"
Ekm Hotel Baku Yasamal
"The environment is OK, but when I checked in that day, the location was inconsistent with the information on Ctrip. The breakfast was OK, but a little simple, and the location was a bit old town. The service staff was a female who could speak Russian and was not bad. The language barrier was very uncomfortable (no one could speak English or Russian)"
7 Beauties Hotel & Spa
"Excellent value for money and staff was very helpful!"
Shirvanshah Hotel
"Big size room with a nice view at the restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast was good too with lots of selection. Location is good as well."
Holiday Inn BAKU by IHG
"Super elvin breakfast müdürü süperdi"
Shah Palace Luxury Museum Hotel
"The hotel location and style is excellent, in the old city and near to Nizami. The service is acceptable but not excellent or good. I think there is a short in their staff, as the receptionist was the one who carried our bags to the room. The room cleaning didn't clean the room even for one time in our 3 nights stay."
Badamdar Hotel & Residences
"Very clean and nice"
