A completely normal hotel. Of course, cleaning is lame as always in Baku, I’m already used to it. She asked me to clean up after 3 days, as if they just changed the towels, slippers and put some water in. Apparently they don’t remember the cleaning rules in a 4 star hotel. The location is good, the area is pleasant. The staff is friendly, always smiling. It’s quite possible to stay for a couple of days, but if there is no proper cleaning, you won’t stay for long, as it won’t be comfortable. Moreover, there is a busy road nearby; I opened the window and it was already dusty.

Very nice hotel with a good location, there is a supermarket downstairs, and you can walk to the shopping center. I ordered a suite, which is very large in size. But the number of rooms is small, and room prices vary greatly.

Had a great experience staying in Smith Hotel baku.Very reasonable price and great service. All the staff is welcoming and co operative. Easy access to nearby malls, supermarkets and even restaurants.Rooms were spacious,cleaned and with nice decor.Delicious breakfast is served.In the same building there is supermarket and KFC and Heydar Ali Centre is just 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend Smith Hotel if you plan to visit Baku,Azerbaijan

The hotel is not bad, the staff is responsive and friendly. It’s a long way from the old city, but the metro and other attractions are within walking distance, and they issued a transport card that could be topped up. I took a room with breakfast, breakfast - buffet, something hot, like an omelet or fried potatoes with mushrooms, snacks, cottage cheese, muffins, cookies, etc. There was a Spar and KFC store on the ground floor - also convenient. I took a standard room, it was a little noisy because... The windows face the street and there was a tobacco smell in the room - the only thing I didn’t like. The staff is good, there are Russian speakers, they responded to requests and wishes. Overall I liked the hotel.

Very grateful to the staff. The breakfasts are amazing. Special thanks to the cook. The staff is attentive and responsive. Within walking distance of all the central attractions of this magnificent city.
