Location was great. A bit noisy at night as it's a busy street. It's a newer hotel compared to the others. Staff were warm and attentive. Stayed in August and we walked mornings and evening late evenings, felt pretty safe for 2 women to venture out. Breakfast is basic but acceptable.

Excellent room on the top floor. Delicious breakfasts. The only two minuses: the entrance to the hotel starts with a staircase (may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases), and also that there is no parking nearby. But for us it was not critical, so we liked everything.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Cozy room, polite staff. The room has excellent WiFi, tea/coffee available, and water bottles. Since we were leaving early in the morning, the staff brought us Turkish style breakfast in the evening. Everything was fresh and tasty! The seaside boulevard is a 25-minute walk. We liked! I recommend the hotel!

Very good hotel, clean and calm , the staff is very kind , near to nizami street , the breakfast is not so rich like you can see in the photo but it is ok , we took the room in the roof the view was amazing , I highly recommand this hotel to everyone who want to visit baku

First of all its location, near Nizami street. Second it’s stuff that was very helpful. Rooms are fresh, breakfast delicious, rooms service was excellent. And thx for birthday congratulations during breakfast! As I know this hotel is new, and all stuff in hotel fresh.

the hotel is situated within walking distance to all the touristy sites in old town and new town Baku. there is a restaurant on site room is cozy and clean. breakfast is included in room rate but i left early so did not partake in it. staff could be more friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room category was superior 2nd floor. Nice room. You can see street view. Near to everywhere. Rooms were clean. Delicious breakfast. Best price best place. I will recommend who wants to stay in Baku. Thank you for your hospitality.🙏

I am surprised nobody has reviewed this place yet. Super friendly staff, especially the lady with reddish hair. Clean new and a fantastic location! Room has everything you need including slippers, bathrobes, fridge, safe, TV, etc. Definitely will be back!

I liked it very much. We were there in mid-October. Responsive staff, ready to immediately resolve all questions and requests. Polite waiters! Thanks to the guys from the reception Denis and Miraga! They will help you lift your suitcases and even resolve the issue of fragrant detergents (my wife has an allergy). Thanks to the maid Farida for cleanliness and order! Warm, homely atmosphere! Very nice and cozy hotel near the old town. The staff speaks Russian, young people are always happy to help you and suggest something. It's a 10-minute walk to the old town, a bit far from the nearest metro, about 20 minutes, and close to the embankment - also 10-15 minutes. It's on a narrow street, not noisy, quite a quiet place. There are shops, restaurants and everything you need nearby. The rooms are clean, new, have good internet, everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, robes, towels are changed every day. They clean well. We were there in October, it was a bit fresh in the room in the morning. But the weather in Baku is cool, 18 degrees. Breakfast is included in the price. It includes a cold plate (sausage, cheese, cottage cheese, honey, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, muffin, sausage or egg) and a hot dish of your choice (omelette or porridge), tea, instant coffee, a basket of bread. Everything is very tasty and edible, and quite filling. We lived in a room with a window in the roof. There is a little noise from curious crows and pigeons that like to "peep" at you through the blinds😄, perhaps this fact bothers someone. But the windows open, you can stand on a chair and open the window if necessary. Overall, I recommend the hotel, as the price is significantly lower than in the old city itself, and the quality is not inferior.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, reasonable price, help with everything, stayed 6 nights, cleaning was done every day, free breakfast included in the price. I hope to come to Baku again and stay in this hotel. Everything is within walking distance!
