優點：
比較滿意的一家酒店，價格合適，交通便利，酒店設施挺新的，旁邊有個歐藝，這個是新歐藝。住過那麼多酒店，隔音是酒店的通病，本酒店的隔音做的還不錯，首先是嵌入式的門口設計，其次是很厚的隔音棉地板，很大程度上解決了靜音問題。當然有素質的鄰居更重要。
缺點
唯一的瑕疵是熱水器，出水一陣熱，一陣冷，不穩定。 還有空調外機聲音較大，也是通病，晚上睡覺調成睡眠模式，可以解決。

設施：老舊，浴室門🚪鬆鬆垮垮，洗個澡誰都漏出來完，床搖來搖去，我以為我住了個搖搖椅
衞生：衞生也就那樣吧！總感覺有黴味，

房間還行吧，紙巾很垃圾，要住的請自備紙巾，14號上午值班的一個女的前台很垃圾，態度很噁心，反正我是不會再住了。13、14號連住了兩天，原先還想續訂，但是那個前台的態度讓我直接換到別的酒店了。不得不説在附屬醫院附近維也納和恆豐的前台態度是真好，不像這個歐藝那麼垃圾，如果想有好的住宿體檢我的建議就是別訂歐藝。
