The hotel is well maintained. Staff are very approachable and helpful. Will book this hotel again whenever I will come back to Baguio.

TV, Bidet, Toilet seat were broken. No slippers and toilet paper limited. Free drinking water and toiletries were OK. Cabinets and hairdryer were the best features.

Location is near burnham park and other attraction. I am recommending to stay in this hotel

Very nice location, friendly and approachable staff. Room is ok lang. Medyo smelly yung CR kaya dapat lagi open yung exhaust para di mangamoy buong room. Need palitan ibang gamit sa room kasi mejo luma na yung iba like yung remote ng tv at AC natatanngal yung takip ng battery.Yung cabinet is mejo sira na din. Ok yung buffet breakfast nila. Pero in all goods mag stay here!

The experience us superb my fam enjoy our stay. But we weren’t able to use the bathtub.

Very accommodating when we requested for an early check in. Staff were very courteous and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The hotel is close to everything so you will maximize your time to see places if you stay here.

The hotel is very convenient and accessible to different places around baguio. It's walking distance to burnham park and session road..Overall its great.
