The staff was very friendly. A very good mattress. Great balcony. Bathroom a bit small, but OK. Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was really great, very fresh and well presented, there were treats for every taste, coffee/milk was served later.
Unfortunately, the stairwell smelled extremely strongly of stale cigarette smoke, as did the room. It was also very cold. I was very happy about the cozy blanket. The heating warmed up very quickly. Since it is close to the center and there is a restaurant downstairs, the background noise was accordingly (earplugs help). The room needs some renovation (floor, door frame, new armchairs, etc. But it doesn't bother you too much, if you haven't booked a 5 star hotel, you can't expect it 😀 ).

Basic furnishings, OK for the price offered. But renovation is definitely overdue, both rooms and common areas.
