ALL the employees were fantastic and location of hotel along with the room were great! I'll stay here again on next visit! Lot of parking and easy access on/off interstate 210 or 3for when I needed to travel daily

I chose this motel because of it's location to the university we were touring. I expected better quality for the price they were charging. The evening clerk seemed like she couldn't be bothered to check me in. I was handed the room key, and the remote to the TV. The room was very small. The A/C was very noisy and it was either blowing very cold air or when it stopped, it was very hot. You also had to flip a switch to turn on the refrigerator. The queen sized bed seemed more like a double bed. I don't expect much from a continental breakfast - just something small and simple. The Americas Best Value Inn provided a gallon of milk, 2 kinds of cereals, packaged pastry and watered down coffee and watered down apple juice. I can see why they didn't have many guests or return customers. I will stay elsewhere, if my son decides to attend the university in Azusa.
