The room was nice with good amenities. The breakfast was also good. The parking was only valet. There was the garage across the street where you could park your car. Ask for a quiet room in advance, because a several venues at this area.

I was in the hotel for 5 days but the service was horrible, an employee in the toilet area told me that I couldn't smoke in an area where I've always smoked and all the people smoke, he started taking photos of me and telling me to leave, he touched me call the administrator because I felt that I was discriminated against, I felt offended, I was thinking of staying 3 more days but I preferred to change hotels, I did not want to meet that person again, it was humiliating.

The property was great. Clean, had good amenities in the rooms, staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was more extensive than I anticipated it would be. There was a bit of noise outside late at night, maybe because of its proximity to 6th Street, and a lot of homeless around as it’s adjacent to the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless. Regardless, I would stay again!

Front desk was wonderful, they try their best to check you in earlier, if rooms are available, and they make the whole process as fast as possible. Location is super convenient!

My room was not ready at 3 pm. Also I had booked for high floor room but I got the room in the second floor. I also didn’t have spoons or water bottle in room/kitchen

Nice comfortable hotel with courteous staff. Conveniently located a few blocks from 6th Street. I enjoyed my stay here, breakfast was standard and good. Good place for extended stay. Loved that it had a nice kitchenette set with island. Unfortunately it seems homelessness is a problem a you can see this as little as two blocks away and neighboring roads. Overall solid.
