Nice place to stay m! They gave me cookies for renting a room that right there is enough for me

Unbelievably bad service by Taylor, Front Desk Manager/Supervisor. When we came back to our room at the end of the night there were issues immediately. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the light fixtures, only one TINY trash can in the entire room, and the video cable for the TV was nonexistent. Along with the room just feeling like it was in disrepair, and had not received a deep cleaning in some time. These maintenance issues were remedied. The manager on duty at the time, a gentleman, was very accommodating and kind. As was the gentleman that came to the room, this would have been the night of April 21, 2022. Around 10PM when the complaint was placed. We did our best to enjoy our stay in the TINY overpriced and frankly not entirely clean room the best we could. The day before checkout another kind manager gave us a late checkout for the next day. I wish I had remembered his name, though I did not know I would be writing this review until the night of 5/12/2022, this evening. We noticed what turned out to be an improperly placed smoking charge on our card. We called to discuss our dispute with the manager on duty at the hotel. This evening, 5/12/2022, at approximately 7 PM. Taylor answered the phone. She was the manager on duty. She explained that the charge was for smoking in the room and that there was some sort of evidence in the room. I made it clear my wife and I don’t even smoke and asked for said evidence. Taylor immediately became argumentative and told me that “you can take that up with your credit card company”. I explained that I had worked in the hotel industry (I was a manager for a hotel company in San Diego some years ago) and that it is blatantly clear when someone had smoked in a room and that they must have gotten the room wrong she repeated that I would “have to take it up with them” and then she HUNG UP THE PHONE. She hung up on us. I called back, asked for her manager, she indicated that she was the manager and I tried to continue the conversation, asking why she had hung up on me. She said “because I was stating a fact and there is no dispute”. I explained that it is indeed a dispute, over the opinion of the hotel being I smoked in a room I hadn’t smoked in. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I called back, asking for the name of her General Manager. She said his abbreviated first name, and told me to talk to him in the morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I decided it might be nice to have his full name, given the fact that the issue had now become about her service, and not the fee, and that I wanted to make sure I talked to the right person. I called back, just asking for his last name, she HUNG UP on me again, I called back a final time, again asking for her managers name, and she again hung up on me. I called the neighboring property and obtained the General Managers full name. I placed a call with corporate customer support and opened a case regarding Taylor’s service. All of the staff I encountered were polite, professional, and exactly the kind of employees I would hire if I owned or managed a hotel. IHG elite recognition as a Diamond Ambassador was very good, including a proactive upgrade to a suite. I was also given two bottles of water and offered a choice between points, a drink voucher, and breakfast. My suite was immaculately clean and well-appointed. The spacious gym featured several pieces of different late-model fitness equipment, including three or four treadmills. I really liked the market off to the side of the lobby. It had some Colorado-themed gifts, including shirts and postcards. That's nice as sometimes I forget to buy a souvenir for friends and family. Very thoughtful. At night, there's a meager happy hours special that some guests will appreciate. The casual burger-themed restaurant has an okay menu. It wouldn't be my first choice for dinner (especially on an expense account) but the burgers and salads are fine if you're tired after a long day of work or travel. Breakfast is better than dinner with certain IHG elites getting a voucher good for an ala carte option from the menu. My eggs were perfectly cooked and presented. Instead of a single cup of lukewarm coffee, the lovely waitress gave me an insulated carafe full of freshly brewed coffee. At 6-something in the morning, that was really appreciated. All that was missing was a free newspaper, which was previously provided. Some copies of the Denver newspaper or Wall Street Journal would be nice. All things considered, I will return in the future.

Clean service, good hotel managed by Hilton, although positioned as a hotel, but this hotel is very new, environmental health is also very good, good service

I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and service💚 Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and I’ve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted “we don’t do that!”. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jason🥰) she had someone escort me. That’s all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemons☀️

Me and my husband checked in on Thursday the 31st for a little getaway for a few days. The room itself was very nice. The attendees not at all. After we were finally able to check in we had to wait almost 5 mins for the only working elevator to take us to our floor. Not because it's a large hotel as it's only 5 floors but because it was extremely slow. My husband woke around 3 am and looked out the window to see that our truck was no longer there. Mind you we were not only under a light but also a working camera. When we went down to talk to the desk it took her a while to come out of the office and she rudely confirmed that our vehicle had been broken in to hot wired and stolen. She was annoyed by the fact that we reported it as and I quote it happens here all the time they will just drop it somewhere once the fuel is gone. She was in the office on her phone and not watching said monitors. Why have them if they are not going to watch them?? After almost 2 hours the cops came and again the attendee couldn't even call us down to meet them, the sheriff had to call us. That was the last time we were spoken to by the staff. The housekeeping staff would park there carts next to our room but we were never offered any service even though our booking was for 3 nights. The management never contacted us in regards to the theft. No one did. I will never be back here. We do plan on contacting corporate as we feel as though the hotel itself should have some sort of responsibility and also because it seems as though this is a regular occurrence here at this hotel.

New hostel, great location, close to airport, restaurant and hypermarket. About 30 minutes drive from the exhibition hall in the city center, suitable for business people.

Nothing could have been better regarding our stay. We requested early check-in and the coordination regarding our request was top-notch. All communications were warm and responsive. The accommodations were simply beautiful and the food was incredible. Safe and easy parking for our vehicle. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.

Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.
